Goto and tick your region http://global.kawasaki.com/en/corp/profil…usiness=gl-b100It will display a list of offices around your region, you should be able to contact any of these and they will probably be able to provide you with KROSET
I have contacted Kwakisaki via their web page form to find information or direction in getting access to K-Roset and have been very surprised at the poor response. It took them 1 week to acknowledge the contact and then only asking me for the serial number of my Robot which I replied with immediately via email. I hadn't heard back after 3 days of providing the additional information so I sent another asking for a response and now its been a week and still no reply!!
I have also contacted their preferred supplier in my country (Australia) and after 2 weeks have had no reply as well!
Can someone please help me with a reliable contact within Kwakisaki so I can get someone to reply to my service request?
