Thank you all for your contributions I'm now informed. However, i still believe there is a place for wireless controllers in the market, as always I'm looking forward to the future.

Hello Guys,
Does anyone know if yaskawa has a wireless pendant for motoman Dx200 controller. Operating the pendant in a very oily production setting is kinda frustrating. If so what's your experience using it and give your recommendations.
Thanks

Guys thanks for the advice. The problem here is not the final customer but the contractor however, here is my plan to ensure i get paid.
-- Change the Management mode password.
-- Disable job edit function while enabling the modification of position data.
--Hand over factory delivered CMOS and setting files as back on job completion.
As i know for a fact the final customer could like to add another variant to their production line, this mild changes brings no one in harms way but ensures the project stops and questions asked when big changes are needed.

Hey guys, I'm currently programming a DX200 for a client that i have recently come to realize doesn't like to pay up. The project is almost completed with over 120hrs of work time invested. My question is what are creative ways i could ensure payment? via yaskawa robot, whilst remaining professional.

Hello Guys, so we have a really difficult position to teach, the robot using 4 grippers, picks 4 gear insert and has to place them in a gear shaped Mold hole(insert) this leaves a lot of room for error as the orientation, and position has to be very precise. My idea is to have this position automatically calculated by using 3 points on the mold surface org,xx,and XY just like the coordinate system but in a job and using them as zero points, then extract the center point of the mold surface to the robot End of Arm tool by calculating.
My Question is has any of you experts attempted such a solution before and if yes how did you go about it? -
So guys i'm pretty new to automation in general, so apologies for a probable lame question. below is part of a code i wrote on a DX200
IFTHENEXP IN#(60)=ON OREXP IN#(5)=ON OREXP IN#(6)=ON OREXP IN#(7)=ON OREXP IN#(8)=ON
DOUT OT#(60) ON
ADD D011 4
ADD D015 4
DOUT OT#(387) ON
ENDIFInput 60 (Nok part signal) i get from an injection machine however i would like to be able to activate it on the machine via the robot, as you will see in the code i used DOUT OT#(60) ON, i know this is wrong as i'm outputing output 60 and not the input 60 signal i would like to output on the machine.
Thanks for your Assistance
