    Thanks I had modified the Frame now it is working ok. But in program I had put cnt100 on each line but it is stopping for 1-2 sec at the end of the line why it so?

    I need to say in jogframe mode X Is moving in left& right direction as it need to move forward & reversed direction & Y moving in forward & backwards direction as it need to be moved in left & right
    Kindly suggest what need to be done

    I am working on R2000iA /165F robot with Rj3ib controller. In joint mode robot is moving ok but in jogframe/Linear Mode it is movement in z direction ok but X& y movement are changed
    Why it so? Can you tell which parameters need to be changed or any configuration changes to be done

    Hi All,
    I am working on IRB 6400 M98 S4C robot.
    It is repeatedly showing System failure alarm & Transmission Failure alarm
    I had check the SMB cable in between controller to manipulator also from Robot base to SMB .
    SMB connection also ok.
    After reconnecting the SMB connection It is working for Some hours & again giving system failure alarm at certain position . Also I had rebooted the system too but it did not work .
    Can you give me some solution

    Hi I am working on IRB 6600 with M2004 IRC 5 Controller when i started the controller It showing Following alarm
    1. 39467 Drive Unit Temp Warning
    2. 39468 Drive unit Temp alarm
    3. 39469 Drive Unit Temp Critical


    Remedy says check the fans & ambient temp , fans are working ok . anybody have any idea about the alarms.

    Hi Everyone,
    We are having 2 fanuc r2000ia/rj3ib Robot. In one robot we where facing brake abnormal alram . So after checking the cables & motor we have interchanged the servo amplifier of robot . Then both robots are working fine. Again we had interchanged the servo amplifier then brake abnormal error is coming , also when I release the deadman axis 2 & 3 are stopping after some motion .


    Can you suggest me some solutions. Thanks in advance.

    I'm new with Fanuc robot. Currently I wrking of R2000ia /200f with rj3ib controller. I am facing two issues
    1. SRVO 037 IMSTP Signal is off
    2. There is password to controller , I need to delete that user , so how I can delete these user.
