I have used Rotational and Swivel velocity ($VEL.ORIX) and acceleration ($ACC.ORIX) for better quality in adhesive applications, especially in tight corners, and I've found it helpful, similarly, I just realized that the Gluetech technology package recommends using these as a set high motion parameter. We just bought a used robot (KR210 KC2 ed05_ Related to the old Mercedes-Benz robots) and unfourtunately we find out that we haven't sfety maintenance password and It's looklike impossible to find and ask the password from supplier, just same as the problem that you had and asked in forum 2 years ago

I'm wondering to know is it possible to perform software update KRC4 controller from 8.3.37 to V8.5.7 HF1?
I have already copied 'KRC_Release' file from the newer robot to our 8.3 robot and tried software update from the network according to document but I don't know why at the end KRC can't start.

Yes you should be online in programming mode and then open the program in robot and work visual press start trace and start button in smart pad,,you can watch any variable real-time in work visual
KUKA provided some good tutorials vidio for programing and analyzing with work visual you can download from KUKA downlod center (https://kuka.sharefile.eu/shar…18-49b4-a809-d53effa3f83d) and enjoy by free
Trace via work visual is a really convenient tool to check your program and find out your problem
Do you sure you turn off the caps lock
I think global point could be dangerous I prefer to use copy and paste between programs in this way the robot can be ا safe from unexpected modifications
you can define your int variable in config.dat (decl int newov), and equal this variable to $ov_pro and let operator chang $ov_pro with newov variable and as skyfire mentioned configmon is a good option for changing this variable.

But according to attached document I have tow speed parameter rated speed and maximum speed (4500), should I change $vel_axis_ma from 2714 to 4500 rpm

I'm working on adhesive robotic application for gluing the car glass with KRC4 v8.3 , In this project we have an external axis (ME_60_110_30_S0) which it is responsible for rotating adhesive applicator in 90 degree in 4 corners of glass, we config the external axis by means of work visual and I almost didn't change anything from default value unless transmission ratio that is set to 25/1 from mechanical data of applicator, now the problem is that the motor speed is lower than we expected, so the point witch is taught with spline is more faster than corner point which external axis move with other axis simultaneously.
i'm wondering if you could help me with advice us which variables and how much we can change them to accelerate the speed of external axis

KUKA.TRACC TCP is for checking and correcting programs according to propable TCP deviation

It sounds like you lose signal instructor in your src and may be you had an unwanted changes in your line open the fold and search for changes and if you have backup compare the programs

1. Integration Between kRC2 device net and Welding Machine device net
If your both side have the required Hardware for devicenet communication you just need to configure in both side
2. How to know the list of I/0 between devices.
In robot you should assest IOSYS and it would be easy to find which signal range used for devicenet communication
3. How to install the addition software welding package like Arctech, arc sense
in kuka menu go to "Setup> Install Additional Software" and easily install your software but be careful that the version of kss and software package should be compatible
4. Is this software available in open source
No, I don't think so but you can handle your project without technology packages but with them you will have many benefits
