    yes i have DXF file auto cad file......i need 3D model of the file .....but i don not have other software which easily convert it inot 3D like solid works.....
    there is option in roboguide to convert the DXF into 3D model.

    but i do not know the process to use that fucntion.....usage of porcess i want to know....or any other free software to convert the file to 3D model....?????

    actually my cell was already running in auto mode.
    i want my robot to run without teach pendant in automode.

    that mean robot should run its producttion program in auto mode without having Teach pendant connection to controller.....

    greetings...!

    can i use more than 256 programs in my Robot....
    i am using is R-30iB mate controller
    currently am using 8 PNS inputs to call 256 programs but i need more than 256 programs in my application .....please suggest...

    This will not work if the batteries have gone dead, a pulse cable has been disconnected, or the battery box has been opened with the power off.
    You MUST reset the pulse coders, cycle power, jog each axis to establish a pulse, and then master and calibrate.

    BTW, I did not know that I should change the battery (A02B-0323-K102:A98L-0031-0028) in the machine active condition.
    But, I just changed the battery after turning it off. I think this may cause the data loss?

    I cannot jog any axis with the iPendent.

    then true the master done bit
    go to mas/cal calibirate robot

    now check your eye mark on each axis it is matching or not if it is matching then your robot is ready again

    if not you have to master by zero mastering.

    In joint and wrist joint they go to one that you teach, in linear they take the shortest path.
