Thanks for the advice, its solved and issue was same as you said ,ram module was not seated properly

we have a krc2 mp5 controller (us edition) and it was working fine. I have removed one of the memory module to check similar system and returned back but after rebooting system it got stuck on cross 3 screen

following are the steps
1. change variable AT_PARAMETER= FALSE
2. determine the Leoni base (here it is 0,0,0,0,0,0 Leoni mounted parallel to the robot base)
3. enter tool working direction
4. teach commissioning pos1 and 2
5. teach double circle and pendulum
6.run

YES ,KP3 Positioners have inbuilt rdc
But here we have one DKP400 and kl1500_3 so we should get external RDC from KUKA

Hi all
We have a KUKA cnc milling system with KR120 and kl1500-3 Linear unit
KSS ver. 8.3.22
KRC4
Now customer asking us to add one ROTORY unit(dkp400 v1*40A) with the same system
so as a initial setup i tried to add in work visual and found ksp and kpp are ok with the newly added dkp400 but one extra RDC is required
how can I get this rdc and how to add in krc4 cabinet
please advice me on this

Here I need to use Leoni advin tech tcp for the 3D measurement, communication is okay ,once I start measuring its showing Vector move missed
anyone experienced this before

yes its coupled
tool holder table is attached to the base so we dont want to use external axis for tool programs but for drilling we have to use
so is it possible disable linear track for some programs ?

found the solution and fixed .(in smart pad itself solution was mentioned -optimizing reduction factor- see the attachment)
now brake time is 100 and reduction factor also 100

i have a drilling system with KR60 HA robot and Tmf-2 linear track(Gudel)
there are two cases
1. drilling
2. tool change
i wanted to use my linear track only while drilling
but for tool change i dont want to use linear track thus tool holders are stationery and its mounted on robot base
so please help me to synchronise and asynchronise linear track for different programs
controller= KRC4
KSS version=8.3.22

i tried running in both manual mode and auto mode ,its running fine with out any error but some time its showing one warning
max. brake time in MADA and safety controller inconsitent
and as solution its asking me to optimize reduction factor for the emergency stop ramp
Please advice me on this
