iam facing some error with my iiwa robot(LBR_IIWA_14_R820)
i tried to unmaster the axis, but its showing unmastering unsuccessful

iam facing problem after deploying new project
controller: KRC4
ROBOT : KR16 arc HWthis system was not switched on for the last 5 month and after switching on iam facing this error
kss10071_unsupported hardware detectedi made a new workvisual project and deployed but same error is coming, i tried with different image also

iam facing some issue in my robotic welding cell. we are using krc4 controller with KR 16robot and our power source is tps 4000 CMT
in my fronius RCU iam selecting external mode but its not jumping to job mode
in workvisual job mode is configured with 3 to 5 signals and job number is 17 to 24while welding i checked the signals output 4 is switching on
please advice

one of our positioner(KP1 HC 2000R 1500) mastering notch got bended,so we need to replace with new one

This is regarding the KP3V2H500 positioner that we are using for a welding application
we have a payload problem right now where the positioner is getting overheated because of the same. Now we want to know if we can modify the present positioner to have a payload limit of 750kg. Is this feasible? If so, what should be done from our side so that this can be done?
