Greetings!

I am trying to communicate my krc5 controller and cead extruder, following are the machine details

1.Cabinet-KRC5

2.KSS-8.7.4

3.ROBOT-KR120

4-INTERFACE-PROFINET

5-OPTIONS-KUKA.PROFINET.MS(V6.0.4)

I have added  anybus X-gateway PN IO RT standard in our profinet tree and modified its parameter(please find attachment) and set the IP of the Profinet coupler the same as the gateway IP on the extruder side(172.31.1.100-find the attachment)

but still, I am not able to establish communication between the controller and the extruder(the connection between PLC and kuka no name slot 1 and slot 0 could not be established)

are you sure the Fronius I/Os are the correct size? yes work visual configuration looks fine

are you sure things are connected correctly?-yes (from ek1100 to fronius)

did you check bus topology and compare it with physical connections? yes

I was trying to communicate Fronius tpsi 500 with my KR10 robot via Ethercat protocol

After configuring Fronius standard image into work visual I am getting the following error

1. Fronius Fb inside EtherCAT stand is not connected to the bus

So after this, I connected Fronius to ek1100 but it started to show the following error

1. Error during EtherCAT initialization

Robot: KR10

Cabinet: KRC4 COMPACT with iocard

KSS: 8.6.8

Please do advice me on this

from the image,it seems SMARTHMI crashed .Connect a monitor and check it the display is available on Monitor

Copy/Paste the SMartHMI folder from other healthy images and check if it is restoring or not.

If the issues not resolve you need to restore the image.

Bridge terminal is version 4.0 from beckhoff

Communication is from beckhoff cx 5230 PLC and krc4

Krc4 side is primary and PLC side is secondary

Actually I have done this same communication to connect beckhoff PLC, before with some robots .I didn't had any problem while doing those configuration.following are the module I used

Ek1100

EL6695(from beckhoff) revision 4

Robot:Kr16-2

Cabinet :KRC4 standard

Kss:8.3.34

Wvs:5.0.6

But now if I try same thing on kss 8.6.8 and wvs6 0.25 it's showing error

okay I will try this,

I have installed almost 6 krc4 robot for the past 2 year with same el6695 module and its running fine but its kss is 8.3,while installing those I never encountered these errors .interesting thing is if I check those wvs project by generate code in my new wvs its showing below mentioned warning

4:30:47 PM Slave 'EL6695 EtherCAT Bridge terminal (Primary)' uses 'EoE', but this is not supported by master.

Just cleaned the card and reconnected and it's working fine now

I am trying communication between Beckhoff PLC and a KR C4 .I have ek1100 as bus coupler and EL6695 (Beckhoff(revision 4)) as Ether cat bridge terminal

after adding this to the controller via work visual everything was normal but after mapping the I/O its started to show below mentioned error

"Error on reading/writing:SYS-X44_EL6695_PRIM1"

:SYS-X44_EL6695_PRIMI:Error in subordinate Ether cat ring(error code: EXT DEV ,not connected-No PDO Exchange))

I have read some manuals from Kuka expert there its mentioned instead of using Beckhoff EL6695 I have to use EL6695-1001 From kuka

I have been using this same module for other kuka robotic system(KRC4 standard,KSS 8.3,KR16) and I never had this issue

please have an attention on this matter and advice

I have been checking this input 14 details in manual and kuka expert but couldn't .. please do advice where I can find the details on ccu Sr feedback inputs

Robot :KR 10 R1100_2

KSS: 8.6.8

CABINET: KRC4 Compact

System was healthy and while doing some trial it got hit with an object ,after this incident am getting safety stop error and CIB feedback signal 14

Following are the observation

1.no physical damage on manipulator and tested with another controller it's fine

2.x11 interface is okay

3.x55 is okay

4.all fuses are okay

find attachment for better understanding and please do advice

we have kuka cnc milling system and KRL is running smoothly but if we try running NC its shows error and robot stops

KSS 8.3.26

CNC 2.1.3

PROCONOS 4.1

I have tried uninstalling and installing both kuka cnc and proconos but still we face same issue

please find attachment for better understanding, please do advice me and help me to come out of this issue

ISSUE got solved. following are the steps we followed

1.replaced CMOS battery

2.force started pc using jumpers

3. bios setting
