I think i have found it, but please i need your help to make the changes.
The position of the robot is ok, i have easured it, and the values correspond to the ones of the system variable $ET1_TA1KR.
The software manual states that the linear unit calibration process modifies the value of the $ET1_TFLA3.
I will post several photos of all the thing that i made.
It was like this:
1) I checked the machine.dat file, in particular the $ET1_TFLA3 (the transformation between the linear unit flange and the A3 robot axis). It was like in picture 1.
2)I proceeded to the linear unit calibration. Picture 2
3) After the process i get the values that will be writen to the $ET1_TFLA3. Picture 3
4) Proceeded to save the changes of the calibration process and got the KSS12032 warning. Picture 4
5) Checked the machine.dat file once again to see if the changes were made, and yes the values were changed to the ones that i got from the calibration. Picture 5
6) the last thing that i did was go into configuration->safety configuration -> view the machine data in the safety configuration, and i noticed that the values of ROBROOT Frame A,B,C Flange-A3 are still the sameones that before i made the calibration.
So this is the reason of the KSS12032 warning, the question is, how do i change these values in the safety configuration????
Thank you!!
