I recommend you read the documents many times until you understand, if you really need one exclusive personality document or configured backup it will cost 1 work day, 2000 usd. Or you can contract a local kuka technician (expert).

Network 2 and 3 are clock just to turn on and off a signal, it will be write to an output (network 1) if and input from robot get down, if emergency stop active for example.
This output goes to robot and in sps program ruturn to plc in globlal acknowledge block.
I did this just because when I turn on the robot, the plc starts to fast and get fail before robot system is working, so, robot starts with emergency stop profisafe fail, and plc in fail. But profinet starts working making possible this reset.

If you see better, in x17 connector you will find small numbers, you will find each pin function in wiring diagram.
To change the software you will find in external axis manual.

Arsentis as panic mode showed it is a global acknowledge, always that a safety device are not ok, plc get fail, when the safety device is ok again, you have to reset the plc, I use this block to reset.

Hi, I always use X12 connctor in KPS600 to 7th breake. Your drive power in +UG and -UG must come from X17 connector in KPS600, you will find it in wirinig diagram.
About configuration of 7th axis, the easiest way to configuing, is reinstall the KSS with KL, after you just chage parameters or you configure manually in menu: setup, service, axis configuration. You will find it in manual.
Every thing a said was considering you are not using SBM2 module.

xlyanyura I saw you mixed a lot of information in this topic, I did my robot work following only the steps in this video. Please, pay attention in device sign in plc, and device name (usually kuka-noname) must be the same in tia and Work visual.
After you finish the setting, profinet connect automatically, but profisafe not, you have to restart the plc, or use a reset block inside the main safe program in tia.
With this video and backup you are able to put it work.

Hi everyone,
I have an ABB IRB6640 - 2.75 - IRC5 (Year 2013).
We bought it used from BMW, but arrived a controller from other robot serial number (same model).
The problem is that the arm doesn't have the label with motors offset, I have alredy done a fine calibration just putting the axis in adjustment marks, but can't get a TCP lower than 6mm.
I believe that the robot is calculating the motors rotation wrong. Where can I find the motors offset values?
Thank you so much!

The "keys" mentioned above, I want to sayt keypad. but as you run the diagnose I presume it is working.
The KCP, is basically connected to KVGA video board (PCI) in your case there is no problem,
and CI2 (safety board) you can check the connections. From KCP to X19 and from X19 to CI2.
Look to page 135.
