Make sure that the nozzle is not touching the weld, fronius is very sensitive to that. Check your grounding, You can enable the opcion of restart a few times to try to make arc without stoping the process this from the menu of arc axuliar conditions.

Hello,
There is no comunicattion between AXA's boards, you replaced one but could be the other one, also review the rotary switch of boards and dual connections between controllers also could be that there is too much traffic in your network for the cpu. Discconect the ethernet cable from cpu and check if this alarm still appear.

Hello,
Could be a false contact in the wire harness or I dont know what type of external axis do you have but if this external axis has a hard stop make sure that the external axis dont press too much this hard stop you can check the specific torque in that line and make sure that is not high because after a while this alarm will show up.

There is an option called password protection, you can create users and define what level of security they may use. That's a way.
Also there is a bit that you can use to detect if changes were made in FSU and create an alarm in CIO that only will reset if you create an acknowladge maybe a button in panel view or IF panel.
At my expirience you will need to replace the servomotor.
The encoder is damaged.
Guys are you integrators?
Dx200 Yaskawa mode in motosim without going into mainteinance mode is possible is just a password.
I'm asking if you're integrators because Yaskawa can give you the password only if you really needed for your work.
Regards.
