If you have measured with a multimeter whether +24V voltage is reaching the KSD and the LEDS are not turning on, the error is in the KSD. There's a way to power the KSD on a workbench with a power supply just to make sure the problem is in it. I know how to repair a KSD, if you need any support or help you can contact me.

On that top connection you will find a 24V indicator and a GND. Feed on a bench, if the LEDS do not light, the error is indeed in the drive.

I disconnected the drive and opened it on the workbench. I didn't find anything suspicious, that some element was inflated, for example. I changed some electorlites even though they were not suspicious. After that it did not give a good result. Everything remained as before... it does not work.I contacted khs.. they suggested that the ksp be checked, which is a bit funny because the other two modules light up properly, that is, they are all connected in parallel and are responding.

Have you tried replacing this KSD?

we disconnected the drive and we determined with the instrument that there is 24 V coming in, although both indicators on the drive do not light up...both (red and green) are turned off. which according to the scheme means that there is no 24 V power supply.???

    khs was contacted...I'm waiting

thanks guys for your time,...I've never had a chance to change ksd...and I don't know if it's up to him, but I'm going around in circles. Two or three days ago, I managed to get the machine to work normally from 4 to 5 attempts by turning it off/on at the switch...but the last two days, I have not been able to do it after multiple attempts. This is a khs innopal robot made on the principle of kuka-khs partnership. That this machine has three axes...A1..A2...A3..and I can't do anything with a single command on kpc2 because it immediately asks for acknowledgment of the blue button in T1. So properly install the xp operating system, HMi...hook software v5.2.9/ KHS V2.02....

    Only three KSDs +KPS600

Dear Freind...How is the SBM Kuka replacement procedure going, because it is obvious that the servo module is causing the problem. By turning the switch on the krc cabinet, the other two modules properly signal, but this one looks completely dead.

Tnx thank you for your answers. By the name "screen" I meant the kcp where the robot reset option was automatically turned on, which was always on for an unknown reason, where the operator does not use that option at all. Inside the small cabinet, one module was without a light indication. Finally, from more after shutting down, the module literally got a green signal light as if it was functional, but the robot reset was still on (correct sign) on the screen in the options. After turning off both cabinets (large and small) again, the robot reset confirmation sign disappeared. The robot now works normally ...

Hallo...I have a problem with khs krc 2 innopal palletizer. After turning on the computer, i.e. the cabinet and booting the xp system, the reset robot option is constantly on the screen, which cannot be turned off. In the cabinet, one of the modules does not blink at all!

when I press the start button on the console, the band in front of the rubber table, the small and large part, spins very fast and immediately ejects the error in T1-bof to be canceled. with immediate cancellation and the next restart, the same thing happens. I noticed that the reset is constantly on and it happened after the first morning ignition.

I have KHS robot name LB 57 252 ,type khs 3 Asher KR C2 windows version 5.1.2600 ,bios version:KUKA Roboter .....made by 2005 year.
