    Hi guys,


    I have a Fanuc M16it rail robot with a RJ3 controller. The gear ratio on J1 (rail) is out, so the robot does not move the correct distance.
    I had the robot Dynacal'd and they gave me a gear ratio to enter in the controller, but no one has been able to tell me how or where to enter the ratio (Dynacal and Robot Integrator have no idea).
    Has anyone run in to this problem before?


    In the initial robot setup there are 3 options for J1 gear size: Meter Size, Inch Size or Custom. Under custom it wants me to enter how many mm's are traveled for one full rotation of the motor. How does one figure this out? And where does one enter the gear ratio value as given to me by Dynacal?


    Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
