The red and blue wire or socket 4 and 5 on the connector is for the brake.Measure the continuity on these two wires,and check if there is 24V when you try to move the motor.

Add S,T and E1-E6 to your points.They have form as frames not as E6POS in your case.

it looks like your are in AUT or EXT mode.Switch to T1 Mode then you can move the axis.

you can also install on pc and then connect the pc with interbus card.If you already know the INput/output length of the inverter just configure the iosys.ini you dont need CMD software for that.
