Did you set external axis on the controller?

looks like it's failing to boot controller(s). Happens from time to time

when I need to do that, I save the program, edit it in text editor and load it back to robot.

try searching here on fórum. That has been mentiined couple months ago. If I remember well, in order to P variable not be written in job file it needs to br P[].

But however, if you have P variable in a job, once you change it in "variables" that change will affect all the programs that are using it.

is it fs100 or dx200?

well, there is a project for python communication with controller.

If I remember well you would need motoplus. But for that, what you are talking about there is a software called "robot manager". That can give you all the information and also some information about the program.

totally agree with Motouser .I would add just one more thing. A way to reset the value back to 0

Just searched more info about the Flag, since I got curious.
As I've inderstood, the flag can be used to combine different informations from inputs, bytes, integers..... and set the flag that way. Havent found anything in the CIO manual about the flags, But I think that using the system job you could make it cyclic.

About the strings, I think that it is just to make it nice and more readable. Maybe just showing in IF panel...

why don't you set a field in IF panel to enter the offset value. And you offset a program or part of it by the value inserted.

you should check ladder to see what is triggering that alarm

As far as I know, you need to have fsu so you can use areas created for tool and cubes to stop the robot.

never heard of xdb file for yaskawa.

first thing is that conveyor is reset just with SYEND command.

I'm not sure if you can trigger the conveyor again with 40700.

Um looking for this solution too.

There is a quick pick simulation example with many parts but it use position variables, so no multiple triggers for conveyor

Buy them from California PC is the fastest. They specialize in custom cards of the type needed for this old robot model. I tried several cards from old camera shops etc. The overriding principal in whether it will work or not was if you formated the card using windows 98. That is the key for sure. I used small cards and larger cards as mentioned on this forum but had no luck until I ran the format on win 98. No problem to transfer files using windows 10 just don't…

don't think you could purchase the old version of motosim.

I've seen the robots just from nx100 on , in the motosim. Ive never seen xrc.
