When you are editing the point data you can press F3 CNF. That will let you modify the configuration string of the point. Be careful when you attempt to move to it, the robot will move the TCP to the same cartesian position with a different arm configuration and could crash into itself.

I agree with Kluk-kluk. Toolframe values will take care of your problem.

I am working on a system that is displaying one value on the teach pendant and a different value in the posreg.va file. Not only are they different values, but they are also different formats. The pendant is displaying frame information(Nx,Ny,Nz,etc) with my 7th axis value while the posreg file has xyzwpr and 7th axis. Has anyone ran into this before, and how did you fix it? This is a 125L 30ib on 7th axis slider.

Train an ID for the empty pallet as you would a part. I have used 3 models in a process. 1.) Part at 0 degrees, 2.) Part at 180 degrees, 3.) No part.

ftp a copy of all the files on your md to your pc. You can then view the .ls copies of all your .tp programs. Notepad++ is an excellent choice for that. I attached a screenshot, I assume this is what you are wanting to see.

You can also add a line of code such as:
DI[1001]=ON ;
You can add it in your offset moves into the tool, and turn it off after you pick tool.
