    Thank you. i understand it but i want to know about max reach. for example robot is 12kg payload and the max reach is 1500 mm . i install a tool with 1kg. now, payload of robot to be 11kg. can i pick up 11kg in max reach? where can the robot pick up 11kg?

When we press COORD key in PP it change between Joint Coordinate- Cartesian Coordinate- Cylindrical Coordinate- Tool Coordinate - User Coordinate and Teaching Line Coordinate.I know Teching line coordinate is special for Arc but I couldn't about it. when i select Teaching Line Coordinate and press any jog key i have alarm.

    I have Dx200 controller. I want to use this controller and MH12 robot for Arc application. in manual i see about "Teaching line coordinates (arc welding purpose)" . What is it? How can i use from this operation coordinate system? Can i educate to robot the arc application without jog axis with PP?

    No i don't have Motosight.I have insight software. can i connect vision and Dx200 with this software?
    if you have any manuals about communication and robot program please send me. i don't know how can i write program for robot and do pick and place application please help me.

    I have a Dx200 controller and i want to connect it to cognex insight 5000. i have some question:
    1. Can i connect vision to Ethernet port in CPU? What is the setting for cognex and DX200?
    2. Do you have any document and example about it?
    3. How can i send and receive data between controller and vision?
