Hello.
I will connect a laser sensor for welding. it isn't special brand that use in Yaskawa robot (servo robot, Meta vision ,...). i will know how can i send data from this laser sensor to controller? in all laser sensor MotoEye-LT is used. this function is active in our controller but i couldn't send data from our laser sensor to controller.
To connect DX200 and CJ2 omron you must do setting in manegment mode under Ethernet menu and set value of tags and after that create EDS file there.
For config of both device you must use Network configur software under Omron folder. you must add EDS file in this software and define tags for CJ2 here. after that you must downlod config on the CJ2. i did it 2 month ago. the CJ2 is Master and DX200 to be Slave device in this method.

yes it is option and active with parameter. I couldn't find it in anywhere. it is in macro jobs for laser sensor. the sensor brand is Metavision.
i have SKILLSND instruction in all of macro jobs. for example i see SKILLSND "LSRCHST LT:1 B0:2 B1:3 B2:8" in macro jobs.
can you explain what is means that?
We solve problems. we are calibrate robot and sensor. in calibration job there are SKILLSND command. when we run calibration job it to be run and when it receive to SKILLSND command it stay in this line. what is matter?

I have MPP3H +FS100 robot. i will calibrate tool for this robot but i couldn't find any instruction for it. do any one help me and tell calibration method?
i will calibrate pin for camera calibration and also vaccum tool. vaccum tool is in diretcion of TCP.

I will connect DX200 to Omron plc via Ethernet. do any one about setting in robot and plc? what variables and I/Os can i read and write with Ethernet connection?
Maybe USB dongle version and motosim software aren't match.
or mayby driver dongle don't install correct.
please check your dongle with old version too.
I connect controller to cognex camera series 5000. i do calibrate for conveyor and camera and other things. i think all of things are correct. i can start robot via Motopick but my camera job don't work well. i gave it from Yaskawa and define workpiece in it. when motopick send command for take photo, camera take photo but there aren't any position in in-sight. my camera don't have pattmax and i use patfind. other thing i don't know about CV tracking area. when conveyor is moving it increase.

I had this problem too. i contact with all Yaskawa in the world and proface too. but any one couldn't help me. proface told it is safety and only Yaskawa must give us a file of codes for select job from HMI but i couldn't give. you can contact Yaskawa Japan for this problem maybe the help you. if you get answer please tell me too.
because of this problem i want to use VIPA hmi for my project.

you can use both of this instruction for linear movement. different is:
when you will use MOVL V, you must turn on servo power and push below switch under teach and move robot to position that you want. and also when you want to delete this line you must move robot to position that you defined for robot also this position is in pulse coordinate. but you can use MOVL P001 V in offline programming and after that move robot to position that you want. also you can define position in Robot, base , tool and user frame coordinate. therefore MOVL P001 V is with position variable.
