I connect controller to cognex camera series 5000. i do calibrate for conveyor and camera and other things. i think all of things are correct. i can start robot via Motopick but my camera job don't work well. i gave it from Yaskawa and define workpiece in it. when motopick send command for take photo, camera take photo but there aren't any position in in-sight. my camera don't have pattmax and i use patfind. other thing i don't know about CV tracking area. when conveyor is moving it increase.

I had this problem too. i contact with all Yaskawa in the world and proface too. but any one couldn't help me. proface told it is safety and only Yaskawa must give us a file of codes for select job from HMI but i couldn't give. you can contact Yaskawa Japan for this problem maybe the help you. if you get answer please tell me too.

you can use both of this instruction for linear movement. different is:
when you will use MOVL V, you must turn on servo power and push below switch under teach and move robot to position that you want. and also when you want to delete this line you must move robot to position that you defined for robot also this position is in pulse coordinate. but you can use MOVL P001 V in offline programming and after that move robot to position that you want. also you can define position in Robot, base , tool and user frame coordinate. therefore MOVL P001 V is with position variable.
If you couldn't see Relative job under UTILITY menu, you must contact YASKAWA for active it.

when you do this JOB robot move or do all instruction bettween *LOOP and JUMP LOOP. when it receive to JUMP LOOP it come back to line that have *LOOP.

I have MPP3H delta robot +FS100 controller. I create project with Motopick. I want to sent project to Controller but i can't.
I put USB falsh on the controller and i change mode from OFFLINE to ONLINE but when i press download project to controller i have error. i use several USB flash too but i have error again.(error is same as picture)
what is problem and what must i do?
You must go to managment mode.
I think, Yaskawa have a trial version for 14 days. maybe if you contact with them, you can give it.

maybe you don't have hardware for external axis but it define in software of controller.
did your controller have external axis before?
There are 2 output for SPYON instruction in robot. For example when you use SPYON #1 one of outputs to be ON and when you do SPYOFF that output to be OFF. You can use SPYON #1 and #2 because there are output for one of them. You can see NX100 controller manaul.(wiring and installation) in this manual you can find which output is for SPYON #1 and which is for SPYON #2.

Thank you. it is a way for this purpose but in proface hmi i write a program that i can see all JOBs in controller but i couldn't select new job from that list because new JOB that i select couldn't select in controller and only select in HMI. i use 0x73 command in hmi for read job from controller.
With Trial software you can only create pattern. You couldn't save it and create Job. In motosim you must use script for move boxes from conveyer to pallet.
You can use pallet solver software
There are a sample for palletize in Motosim folder. You can see it. It give you a good idea.
