It is possible increase the P-variable numbers.
How many P-variables need in your project?

My reference point to start the motion is a position variable, in my case is a P030.
95devils said for a function on the Yaskawa robot not your start point that you define in the robot, the External reference point is a function and need to active by Yaskawa.
You must give trial key when you will install Motosim, my means is if your trial key is old it could not work now and you must give a new trial key.
I couldn't find any way to load parameters.
Contact Octopuz , they can give you demo, i took a demo for one years ago, i think it was 15 days or 30days trial.
Hi All,
I am having an issue loading a program onto my Dx200 controller using the YRC1000 pendant. When i am trying to load the program it comes up with an "incorrect job name" error, I have changed the name of the job, as well as editted the name of the job within the program using NotePad++, however it is still coming up with the same error.
How can i load the program?
Thank You,
Brandon
If you are change job name with editor, you must input the same name for the job file and also in the job.
Input a name for job without any space.
Thanks for the reply. Can't believe I wasted a day trying to figure it out.
Is this particular to the DX200 controller or all Yaskawa Robots?
Thanks.
The robot controller model isn't important, the setting for Ethernet function couldn't appear at the Motosim software.
Hi,
The Ethernet function can active or see in this page but in the real robot, in the Motosim you couldn't see Ethernet and Ethernet IP menus.
When you get the trial license file from Yaskawa portal?
After install the Motosim, don't open software, open trial license setup file and run it.
After install the license key it doesn't give you this message.
Can you send your CMOS.bin, i can check in my Motosim software too.
Download zip file that i sent in this post before, in the zip file there are a document that explain how you can use its driver for Yaskawa robot controller.
I don't know what is your sensor, some of sensors have 3 wire, one is 24v , other is 0v and one of wires is signal.
On the each port there are 24v and 0v pin, you must connect 24v of robot port to 24v wire , connect 0v of port to 0v wire and connect signal wire of sensor to the user input (for example use input 1).
For find the port number, usually there are green terminal on the controller that are connected with a flat cable to the I/O board. If you follow the cables, you can see the port numbers. (CN306 to CN309)
Hi,
Please see install and wiring manual for DX200.
There are 4 port for input and output, the diagram of each port showed at manual.
The port are call with CN306 , CN307,CN308 and CN309.
Some of input/outputs are reserved for system, for example external start is one of system inputs, other example for system output is Running , when robot is running the output for it turn ON. You can see this system inputs/outputs at the diagram.
This system inputs/outputs are different in some one according to the robot application.
For install the sensor on the inputs, you must use user inputs, in the diagram on the manual write which port have User input 1 to user input 8 (see CN309 port), there are a tag for each input that show which pin must connect to the port number, for example B1 is for User input 1, when you connect sensor to this pin , when it active, the input will show its status.
The NPN or PNP of your card is important too.
I test it, each job can have 9999 step.
More than this number step in each job give error.
Don't forget to do calibration between robot and external axis, see manual, it show how you must calibrate.
You can use two type of HMI for give all robot data.
1. VIPA HMI
2. Proface HMI
Both of HMI's use High Speed Ethernet function.
It is possible the endless of T-axis and external axis on the Yaskawa robots.
For active it, contact Yaskawa.
95devils said, go to SETUP menu and then DISPLAY COLOR COND.
You can define color for each instructions that you need same as comment.
No, you couldn't active an auxiliary relay address in job but you can connect one of universal output address to this auxiliary relay address in ladder and when you active this output, your auxiliary relay will turn ON too.
Same as this:(this is example only)
STR #10030
OUT #78911
Now, in your job when you use DOUT OT#(1) ON, the #78911 will be ON.
In this example the address #10030 is connected to OT(1).
Why you don't use SETUALM instruction in your job?
It is for define an alarm in the job.
