Sadly there is no Arctech setup there on any KRC I have, I think I'll buy one. Thanks for your time.

Do you want to map the I/O on interbus?
You can do that by editing the iosys.ini file located in C:\KRC\ROOBOTER\INIT\iosys.ini -
Hi, it is possible to transfer the ArcTech package from one krc2 to another?
I tryed by copying the arctech files(a10, a10_ini, a20, arcsps, arc_msg, flt_serv,new_serv) from the R1\TP\ and editing the files from the R1\System\ ($config, sps, ir_stopm, bas) from a krc2 to another(editing: I copyed the lines with arctech from one to another). After editing and a cold restart, with big hopes that this will work, the Krc2ed05 stoped working (didn't manage to boot the windows) so I had to restore the backup on the HDD.
KRC2 MP1 (with Arctech):
KRC V4.1.7 SP08 HF1
GUI Version: V3.3.79B137 (V)KRC1 V3.3/V4.1
Kernel: KS V4.97H1
windows 95
robot: KR6
-----------------------------------------------
KRC2ed05 BMW AK9 (without Arctech)
KRC V5.2.19
GUI Version: 1.2.32.0.B85
Kernel KS V6.74_48
robot: KR210-2 -
I had the same problem with one of my KRC1 and I also changed the KCP and that worked out...but only for 2-3 days when the problem came back.
Just for your info...if that happens to you too, check the safety board for issues, or try to replace it if you have one for spare. That solved my problem. -
I sort of have the same problem. I bought some bmw krc2 ed05 robots and there are all sorts of adds installed in Technology tab. So if I go to D:/ and run the setup again, I should get the ArcTech back in Technology??
Thanks

Yes, i think i'll have to remove all the data from SPS file (german for PLC or something like that) but I need to check all the sistem. Thanks for

Problem solved . Thanks a lot Martin84 and signum for your help, after I change the X11 and X13 connection the robot started moving.
-
Thank but I already identified the connection from sigmum reply... But I didn't had time today... I'll try it tomorrow and I'll come with a reply as soon as possible.
-
I changed that and still nothing...but I think I found the problem. In X11 the robot came with C8-C10 C9-C11 bypasses, but i have 24v on C6 and C12...I just need to find their partner and most probably thats the problem.

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a 2nd hand robot that i just bought and I couldn't found the problem in the last 3 days.
The cabinet is KR C2 ed2005 BMW AK9
Software: V5.2.19
X11: 64pins , X12: 24DD
Robot: KR 210-2-2000
the robot didn't had a key in the KCP2, so i used one from a different KCP2
I attached the error codes : 364;203;200;310;20;1;208Thinks that i tryed so far:
checked the X11 connection (C8-C10;C9-C11 and also his own cable witch has more by-passes and connection to the robot on the X37.1)
checked the X12 connnection (had no by-passes and I added 5-7 and 6-8)
tryed to change $MOVE_ENABLE from 14 to 1025, but i don't have acces (administrator/expert mode)
tryed to change options.dat (STEU/MADA) also i can't edit that file(maybe if I connect the HDD to a computer)
I checked the fuses and one was bad (FH12 from the DSE ) so i changed with another 4A fuse
I checked Diagnostic on the Securitycircuit and i receive an error (misssing suply voltage/ hardware fault) but the robot was functional 3weeks ago.
I disabled the interbus from the iosys and iosys has no active drivers at this moment. My conclusion is that this cabinet had an external voltage supply from a PLC on x11/x12 and this causes my problem, tried to bypass that in x12 (5-7/6-8) but had no success.
Any advices?

Problem solved. I change the Safety board and i still had a red light on v40. Because of the cold weather lately I was informed to check the CC1 jumper, because the temperature difference can make the contacts to expend and contract. I just unplug and plug the connector and the robots started working with 2 red lights (v40 and v37) on safety board.

The robot was bought from a second hand company in Bilbao 5years ago. I checked the documents in the cabinet, but there were no electrical diagrams or useful information for this situation.
Thanks for answering anyway. -
Hi, i can't find anywhere a data sheet for the FE207 board for a KRC1.05 GM cabinet. This morning the robot stopped working with no error codes and i found one red light on the FE207 board. The most probably i must buy a new board, but i want to be sure that the problem isn't with something else.
The problem with the robot, is that when i pres the Drivers ON button on the KCP, it wont change from O to I, and i also can't start the drivers with the deadman.
Does anyone know what the error code for the red light on v40 is, or were can i find a data sheet(didn't found on google) ?? -
Thanks, the FE board was the problem for that Aut/T2 switches and after a cold restart i got rid of the 309 error code too.

Hi, i have a problem with one of my KRC1 robots. A few days ago the robot kept stopping because somehow the KCP was switching from "Aut" to "-?-" or "T2"for no reason up to 3times per second. I've changed the KCP but i had the same problem. In the next step i changed the cabinet and the problem was solved, the robot is working.
Now i try to fix the first cabinet, but i get this 309 Error Code (BLOCK SELECT : BCO REACHING IN T1/T2 REQUIRED) and i can't move the robot at all (T1/T2/Aut).1. Those anyone has an idea why i can see on the KCP that the button is switching from (Aut/T2/-?-) for like 3times a second sometimes and stops the robot?
2. How can i solve the 309 Error code? -
Thanks, the HDD was the problem

Hi i need some help with a krc1 kuka kr150 robot. This morning when i startup the robot it took longer to start(approx 10min) and i got this error massages. Even the KCP looks a bit wired. We tried to unplug and plug all the intern wires, we checked all the connection and we even used different KCP with no positive result. Did anyone had a similar problem or know how to solve this?
I attached the error and KCP photos

thanks, but i don't really know how the code should look, can you give me an example, please? I only made the basic motion (ptp/lin) and logic.

Hi, i have to program a KRC1 to palletize 8rows of bags, and i was wondering if it's possible just to palletize 2 rows (in a subruine or something) and then to use that subrutine with different heights(Z axe), to create my 8rows stack. It will save me a lot of time, because i have 3-4 different bag sizes.
I attached a photo for a better understanding

Thanks for the reply, but what is RDC and were i can find it?
