Both signals must be hardwired and if you are using a PLC to control it you have to use a safety plc ex. ABB Pluto or a Sick flexisoft. Rockwell Siemens and Omron has special safety CPU integrated there normal CPU

You do not need to read CRobt. The found position is stored in variable in searchL instruction.

Soupy are right in his answer but to get decimal you have to multiply the Z value with 10 or 100 and divide in the plc with 10 or 100 to transfer the value to the plc.
GO_Z :=Pos_Oven1_Leag.Tranz.Z *100

You have to send a backup of the controller and send it to Fanuc. You Will the reserve an image to restore with the new option. Thats the Way it works

Do you have all other files on your USB stick after. Normaly there is between 100 and above depending of the options installed on your robot. Framevar contains all your frame data on your robot

Yes you go online and copy your program til the Real controller. There is also a new function where you Can sync but i have never used it.

There is no standard home position in ABB as in Fanuc. Normaly i make a home rutine to be run after start main and before looping after job number from plc if the robot is controlled from plc

You should go back to baseware 2.1 Eiter you have a 2.4 M 150 kg or a 2.8 M 120 kg
Battery backup lost is because the robot has been out of power and battery ned to charded.
Incorrect dc link you have selected wrong during installation. The other errors is safty chain.

Menu -> next -> setup -> dcs and there you Can setup dcs or disable it

Run the robot absj 0,0,0,0,0,0 and shot Down controller.
Replace the battery and power up the controller.
Goto calibration and Update all counters.
Your robot Will be ready to run

To stop running program do These step.

Step 1. UI8 enable =OFF and program Will stop.
Step 2. Pulse UI4 Cstop 200 ms and main program Will start from first Line
Step 3. Send new job from plc.
Step 4. Pulse UI start 150 ms an program Will restart when UI start goes low
