You can use Hiren's Boot CD software.
this will create Image regardless of partitions and you will get single image of complete hard disk.

I had tried with KRC2 ed05. restoring from USB stick was not possible at that machine.
USB stick can only make image on ed05.you can use snapshot to restore partitions

Then we replaced the MFC card.Display comes back and then after few days same problem occured and now there is no display.
When you replaced MFC card, your system gave display, what happened then?
have you checked your MFC again? or mother board?Also check KCP connection inside panel, may be some issue with wiring.

Great and he did this without removing the Hard-disk from the controller and just by installing the snapshot on KRC4 and performed the steps as explained here:

Hard disk should be removed. without unpluging, is it possible without USB Stick?
I hope to complete my test of using common USB for replacement of KUKA USB by the end of this month. -

Use snapshot or Hiren's Boot CD.
I have used Hiren's boot CD for creating HDD image and snapshot for images of CF cards.
Hiren's boot CD provide single image of all partitions while snapshot provides separate partitions image.I have also worked on USB stick (with simple USB), In next 2 or 3 months I will test it and will give my feedback for alternate USB stick.

Issue was in its pattern file (.PAL file), turning angle was missing in it, I gave it an offset angle which resolved issue. -

I need an urgent support.
My palletizing robot is giving an alarm while starting movement of A6.Before starting it generates following alarm.
Software limit +A6 out of rangeBefore working on its pos_rk_x.dat, machine was working fine on another pos_rk program. i am working to add another program in it.
Actually, we have 2 robots on one machine. one is working fine with this .pal file while one is creating problem while turn only, otherwise its working fine.Mesg No. 1447

I will discuss with software department of KHS for upgradation.I got another thing to check which is checking torque on screws bolting the robot to the floor.

robot was nonoperational for almost 15 days and then started. it was in problem state and since last 2 days, its in problem state.
before that, it was working correct with same program values. -
My KRC4 palletizing robot is creating problem.
when it comes back to its home position after placing container, it stops some milimeters earlier and gives following two messages.1-Fast Emergency Stop with fixed braking ramp
2-Axis A2 in torque limitation
Origiontor: /R1/CELLRobot generates problem at one specific position everytime not all. it works in a pattern of different postions and created problem after placing last pack only.

Your words are much important for me.
In documents, two maintenance plans are given.
one is 10000 and 20000 hours which is oil and lubricant based and mechanical maintenance.
other is 1,2 and 5 years periodic maintenance based which is in major related to electrical and panel.If we take good care regarding these maintenance, we can directly clear above mentioned maintenance indications.
More, If you have some data for above mentioned maintenance plans, please share with me.

KHS normally provides 2 things
one is program archive.
second is HDD image. (Sometimes in CD after commisioning)IF you have CD with image, then you can do it with Boot from CD.
other wise you can also use cloning softwares to past that CD image directly in hard disk. -
after replacing wires, have you connected its shield properly?
Have your replaced its resolver cable?? also check RDC.
Do work on its brake wire and module. -

I only worked with pos_rk_x.dat files.
after program issue, one time I did HDD image restore and then my edited archive restore.but both have same config.dat file.
second time when faced program issue I did edited archive restore only.
this file is still working sine last 20 days but I am not satisfied with the machine as i faced three times in two days.
If someone changed A3 position from HMI, it can create problem again.
If same thing happens again on that machine, what should I do to eliminate this issue on permanent basis.
