I have 2 s4c plus controllers irb140 and irbr6400 both of them have 64mb flash card 😀 also noticed some S4C Plus controller have 1GB memory

There nothing wrong with compact flash drive I used the service port check file system and there' no issue upload or downloading files via FPT or file zilla

Tried to do a clean install x start. Unfortunately, I don't have a disk image only back file and boot up system files on USB.
I tried using an USB system install no luck same issue as when downloading system files via service port
