Fanuc arcmade and Trumpf laser I'm using it heavily. Had a failure similar to yours. In the work Arc mate robot to be in itself a bus and a bus in interbus connection using the laser itself, or something similar. When you first open the Arc source system error and the dial gives this error if you are passing, signal a shift in communication can occur. If you're doing a reset source (Arc, definitely istasyonunu in the bus so you may need to reset the robot. If your signals are not in place, the program seems to have changed in your points, but actually changing your resource points. I've solved my problem like this.

The connection may be;
Auto; 1-7 NO, 2-8 NO
T1 ;empty middle
T2 ;5-11 NO, 6-12 NO
Numbers; cable numbers
NO; Normaly Open

Hand-Test-Joint select shift+AE normal and select 1-7AE
press Shift+Servo On screen on error K46 and M15 servo card fail red led Overload+a top red led flash. I change the M15 servo card but again error. And settings 230 what is content? This setting axis 1 norma ja and set 0764, axis 2-3-4-5-6 norma nein set mixed letters. Please help me? XS1000 and XS1002 sockets jumpers how is it done?

With a picture of the controller in the last row, to the right in the yellow section all the DeviceNet card. On that card I/O may receive signals input and output by the configuration. Software you do not need a separate source. While doing the program just takes some time. I think it may operate smoothly..

I did transfer the program from another robot rj2 robot previously. Open the floppy and the program selected. The robot is operational and the program to be transferred from the File menu to discard. Same like your problem, the program as garbage characters are coming. But I try ; Robot Off and press Prev+Next and On robot Menu BMON. Select Install and select Kfloppy program. Program download is OK. Again off on robot start cold. My problems solved. I hope that helps.

Same problem of my robot. I try System\Variables\ $OP Work\$UOP Home Disable or O/1 and robot ON\OFF start HOT START. And UOP signals is DISABLE. I've solved the problem this way.

The software has everything that you want? Do you need just some files?

I found english documents.. Problems solved.
