This setting axis 1 norma ja and set 0764, axis 2-3-4-5-6 norma nein set mixed letters. Please help me? XS1000 and XS1002 sockets jumpers how is it done?

With a picture of the controller in the last row, to the right in the yellow section all the DeviceNet card. On that card I/O may receive signals input and output by the configuration. Software you do not need a separate source. While doing the program just takes some time. I think it may operate smoothly..

I did transfer the program from another robot rj2 robot previously. Open the floppy and the program selected. The robot is operational and the program to be transferred from the File menu to discard. Same like your problem, the program as garbage characters are coming. But I try ; Robot Off and press Prev+Next and On robot Menu BMON. Select Install and select Kfloppy program. Program download is OK. Again off on robot start cold. My problems solved. I hope that helps.

Same problem of my robot. I try System\Variables\ $OP Work\$UOP Home Disable or O/1 and robot ON\OFF start HOT START. And UOP signals is DISABLE. I've solved the problem this way.
