    I get EtherCat issues on the KCB and right after that the X34 ( Brake) red LED turns on and the Green one is flashing twice every second. After a reset of the Drivebus, the robot runs again, but the LED's stay on as described.

    And comparing it to another controller, no LED on X34 is lit up during normal operation.

    Below is my current Diagnosis for the KPP1:

    I just add some new users recently, and I've been able to set a PW.

    If you have a HDD Image and some controller to play with, write up the current settings for the User, delete the User and create the same User again.

    THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT IT WORKS, so be careful

    I don't speak Spanish, can you switch the KUKA HMI to English and write your question in English. Take a Screenshot of the whole screen, please.

    I guess I found a way to add new user groups...

    Just add your new user groups in Authenticication.config below the entry <UserList....

    e.g. 2 new User groups between Default and Expert:

    <UserList xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">

    <UserInfo>

    <Name>AutoKrcProgrammer</Name>

    <UserLevel>10</UserLevel>

    <DisplayName>KrcSecurity#Programmer</DisplayName>

    <TranslateDisplayName>true</TranslateDisplayName>

    <Password>kukaAuto2</Password>

    <UsePasswordAutomaticaly>true</UsePasswordAutomaticaly>

    </UserInfo>

    <UserInfo>

    <Name>KrcProd15</Name>

    <UserLevel>15</UserLevel>

    <DisplayName>KrcSecurity#Production_Level_15</DisplayName>

    <TranslateDisplayName>true</TranslateDisplayName>

    </UserInfo>

    <UserInfo>

    <Name>KrcProd17</Name>

    <UserLevel>17</UserLevel>

    <DisplayName>KrcSecurity#Production_Level_17</DisplayName>

    <TranslateDisplayName>false</TranslateDisplayName>

    </UserInfo>

    <UserInfo>

    <Name>KrcExpertProgrammer</Name>

    <UserLevel>20</UserLevel>

    <DisplayName>KrcSecurity#ExpertProgrammer</DisplayName>

    <TranslateDisplayName>true</TranslateDisplayName>

    </UserInfo>

    see attached screenshot!

    the entry TranslateDisplayName changes if KrcSecurity# is displayed or not.

    BUT there is no password for my 2 user groups, so I ended up using a known User KrcMaintenance to log on with the default kuka password.

    Result: 1 new User group which logs you on UM 15

    <UserInfo>

    <Name>KrcMaintenance</Name>

    <UserLevel>15</UserLevel>

    <DisplayName>KrcSecurity#Production</DisplayName>

    <TranslateDisplayName>true</TranslateDisplayName>

    </UserInfo>

    KUKA KR C4, I would like to add 2-3 User groups next to Expert, Administrator, SafetyRecovery etc.

    Somebody knows how to add a new User Group like ProductionLevel1 with Usermode UM 15. I know how to limit it with the OrangeApps UserLogOnUsb, and the use of UM to limit a User, but how can I set it up to be displayed under Configuration > User group (plus corresponding messages)

    I try to repair more KUKA pieces by myself. What I need is detailed information of the supplier for cables, connectors and required tools. I want to repair Resolver cables and Motor cables on the robot, connection cables robot/controller, smartPAD cable, Connectors on the controllers especially the smartPAD connector.
