I've used DPM on R-30iB Plus without problems.
I set 2 GIs for correcting robot path in tool frame (Z an Y).

Trim is voltage correction in synergic and pulsed welding and on Kemppi it is usually set -9 ... +9 V (I'm not sure for Kemppi Pulse Pro).
Are these set parameters or feedback? Did you read welding parameters on power source or on robot?
Because 5 V are not enough for welding ...

You could set DI as RSR input. With button pressed you would run RSR program in which you would move axis by some angle.
I used this one where operator moved G2 by 15° with each button pressed.

Loading AWSETUP.SV in controlled start should fix this.

Check UTOOL for other Groups if you have them.

You can't disable it. System ask you this question, because you have multiple points with same indexes in you program.

If Fronius is in Job mode, you can't change parameters.
Create new WP on TP for SETUP mode, select this mode and you can change parameters.

Set master count to 0°:
Reset calibrated status:
Calibrate:
Wait for calibrated done.

I like EtherCat the most but we still use EIP because it is the cheapest fieldbus option on robot. You can buy EtherCat slave interface (B950) which is integrated into CX.
I hope Fanuc will integrate EtherCat chip in next gen controllers...

If it is possible, make search window smaller.

For each karel program you also have .vr and .va files with karel variables. Maybe there are positions too?

You can use %INCLUDE instruction from VARs or CONSTs.
