Try setting termination type to CNT100 and add PTH instruction at the end of the motion line.

Can't see my Turck Module. Followed the Profinet config instructions line by line and nothing
Channel #1 is the I/O controller, per the screenshot you provided, you don't have a Turck module configured. Do you have the Molex Profinet tool ?

You can run this in BG logic
This will allow you to set UTool number to 1 or whatever you want it to be, and set jogging method to User when you initially turn the pendant ON.
Once the pendant is on, you can change it to whatever else you want.
Keep in mind that you can also indirectly assign the tool number by using a Register
Hope this helps!
$JCR_GRP[1].$jog_coord : Jogging methods System Variable
0 : Joint
1: Jog Frame
2: World Frame
3: Tool Frame
4: User
Program Start
1: IF (UO[8:ON :TP enabled] AND F[2:ON :Set UTool Num]=OFF) THEN ;
2: $JCR_GRP[1].$jog_coord=4 ;
3: $MNUTOOLNUM[1]=1 ;
4: F[2:ON :Set UTool Num]=(ON) ;
5: ENDIF ;
6: IF (UO[8:ON :TP enabled]=OFF),F[2:ON :Set UTool Num]=(OFF) ;
Program End

Is it a problem to do it in 2 lines?IF (DI[1]=ON AND DI[2]=OFF), DO[1]=(ON)
IF (DI[1]=ON AND DI[2]=OFF), DO[2]=(ON)This will work, but you will have to add more lines to turn off DO[1] and DO[2].
I would do
DO[1]=(DI[1] AND !DI[2])
DO[2]=(DO[1])This way when DI1 is ON and DI2 if OFF it will turn on DO1 and DO2, when the condition is false, it will turn both outputs Off.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
I have a M710 with a R30iB controller, it is currently set up with 4 motion groups, Using a double position amplifer board and a single amp.
I need to remove the single amp.G1: Robot
G2: Safety Hood( over bays)
G3: Washer( Servo motor used to index washer)
G4: Machine ShuttleCurrent AMP setup:
Double Amp Position1: G2 Safety hood
Double Amp Position2: G3 Washer
Single Amp: Machine ShuttleI need to take the single Amp out along with the connection to use on a different system.
This is the configuration I'm trying to achieve:
Double Amp Position1: G2 Safety hood.
Double Amp position2: G4 Machine Shuttle.I have installed core software before and adding groups using the rail unit option but it has been a very long time.
What is the easiest way i can achieve this ? What should i look for ?
I am currently out in the field and don't have much support, my last resort is to call FANUC.
Any help is much appreciated, Thank you in advance! -
Go to Menu>System>Variables>DMR_GRP, select GP1 and the first one on there is $Master_done. Change that to true.
That's how i did it in the past, but it could be a different situation. Worth a shot.
Hope it helps. -
Haha F**K!!! i got my hopes up there for a minute, thanks for the info Racermike123

It's a R30iB pendant. Does that change anything ?
-
Replaced the teach pendant and cable and it booted up normal. All programs and files were still there, nothing else was damaged.
As far as the old pendant, is there a way i can repair it ? or am i screwed ?
For some reason it wants to boot up the OS from ethernet, is there a way i can change that ?
Thanks for the help. You guys rock!! -
I tried disconnecting the ethernet, starting it up and reconnecting it and still nothing.
Is there a way to force an INIT start with it stuck in the state it's in right now ? -
Hello, i have a M70iC robot with a R30iB controller at a customer's location, i found the robot stuck in the boot screen.
i can not get into controlled start or cold start.
All it says is it's trying to load OS from ethernet...
i attached a photo for better reference.
Thank you in advance for any help. -
Hello, I'm a field tech for an automation company. We're an integrator for Fanuc Robots.
I have a M20iA with a R30iA controller.Today, when i arrived at the customer location, the system was faulted out. The robot was in the middle of executing a TP program to load parts.
All the IO files (labels and config) were lost, the OP screen we load into the pendant were also gone.
The robot is stuck in AUTO mode, and will not go into T1 mode. SYST-042 "deadman defeated" alarm is stuck active.
some other active alarms were
*SRVO-219
*SRVO-213
*SRVO-300
*SYST-042I found the teach pendant cable pinched and had a small cut.
I replaced the teach pendant cable, swapped out the ESTOP board and tried a different pendant, and that cleared the 219,213 alarms.Now, when i start up the robot, i get the DEADMAN DEFEATED, HANDBROKEN/HBK DISABLED, and TP enabled in AUTO mode, even when the pendant is OFF. And the robot is still stuck in AUTO mode.
After i reset the pendant, the only active alarm i have left with is SRVO-042.
The only thing i can think of now, is the CPU in the main slot1 is bad or the Amplifier is bad.
The system has been in production for about 8-12 months now.Has anyone seen this problem before ?
I checked all the fuses in the Safety Card, and the new ESTOP board has new fuses.Thank you in advance for any advice.
