I have a Fanuc Rj3iB robot, installed with an arc tool setup.
Weld power source is Kolarc and the communication protocol is DeviceNet. Robot is master for weld machine.
Communication is done and signals are shared between master and slave.
In weld IO setup, there is AI & AO (analog input & output) for voltage, current and wirefeed speed respectively.
But there is no analog card, weld power source is directly connected only on digital interface.
How could I get option to disable the AI & AO?

Hi friends, i need some information for the shielding gas interlock for arc welding application in DX200. I had went trough the manuals, i found that output with logical number 30024 is used for gas shortage, i tried this but it turns ON in both the conditions even if there is a gas and if there is no gas. How i can i take this interlock?

I had worked on RW 6.2, 6.3. To store the value during power failure you just have to create the new safe level and use it in the Safe Level option. The value will be stored. There is no other option to store the value after power failure.

In my case i am using RecalTcp with 50 50% wear ratio. But it is not working properly.
Also for modifying some spot we need to use new electrode (cap tip) or i can do the touch-up on same wear old cap tip?

plz check the backup, the servo motor is MU200.
My parameter are so nominal
Highest parameters are
Squezze time:, 1cycle
Hold 5 cycle
Wel1: 13 cycles
Weld2: 15 cycles
So we can see a spot is completed in 0.8 second, still it take time.

Now it is 400 if i calculate it, it comes 523 rad/sec. I had increased acceleration & deceleration by 2 it is giving some result but still if we look the spot parameter the total cycle are 35 to 40 means it requires only 0.8 to 1. Sec yo execute a spot but robot holds the gun for approximately 2 sec. How it could be reduced? Any idea.
