Someone shutdown the main and we lost the display on our Pendant for a R-222ic/165F controller R-30ib
What is the procedure to restore the program

When you say main, Is it the disconnect on the robot controller? or a main in some other panel, or a main on a breaker box on the wall?

We literally put R30ia stickers on Rj3ic's per Fanuc instructions. They are the same.
what version handling tool are you using. if 7.X your program looks good. if 8.X use voffest directly.
Tool frame and user frame are key here
the best way i have found is use a 3 point u frame
origin is the center of the grid
then x+ and y+
without moving the grid calibrate the cam to that u frame you just made
use that same u frame at the application frame
make your vision process and set refrence point. dont foreget to save.
make your pick point x 0.000 and y 0.000 z = part height, and level and then touch up from there
When you call Fanuc at 1 800 47robot give them the F number to verify that is the correct part number

Give them your F number and they will make sure its the correct one.
Ya there a pain to dial in.
There is a command to disable the collaborative function only recommend to be used if the robot is not moving at the time (useful when gripping a part and that part may move a bit in the gripper)
also make sure your inertia setting and payload setting are super accurate.
always change payloads when picking up or placing parts
ALSO do you have the Collaborative Robot Function Operator manual (It's on the crc site) Mine did not come with that manual

A very good customer(The kind that buys and holds onto entire drop in replacement robots) Pulls a backup out of storage and it had BZAL issues but he got past that before even calling me in.
but now I have this and I have never seen this before.
Error recovery says to replace the servo amp, this man has more spare parts than I can count. This was a spare part.
Just wondering if anyone else has ever seen this.
I did reinstall factory software
I can not jog it
I did a pulse reset from the master screen before and after full software install
F number on robot and controller DO match each other
FYI Fanuc charges about $450 for just the solder type metal connector for a mate. the plastic one for full size robots is more like $40
ir picktool will re wright the values in each PR when that recipe is loaded.
so pr[57] will be different from recipe to recipe

Honestly I can't imagine that a GM robot dose not have collision guard already.
Depending on your system (I tested this on a R30iB with handling tool), there is a way to assign custom commands to the F2-F4 keys.
also pressing next accesses F7 to F9 that can be programmed
It sounds like the controller is set to a 90 degree wall mounted robot.
this is all safety related, fence open should equal e stop if a person could come in contact with the robot.
you should install a hold button (request to enter)for your operators to press, or have them use the hold button on the teach pendant before opening the door. the robot will still estop but will be in a stopped, held condition when the breaks go on.
