Sorry, I got confused with the 3DPerception IP Changer.
There is a KUKA internal tool for the Sensor ID Changing, maybe contact them to see if you can have it.

How quickly are the cameras being triggered?
Try adding a short delay between the trigger calls to allow the VisionTech service to close any out standing requests.
If you do end up replacing the camera, there is a KUKA download for exchanging a camera, you have to enter the old camera sensorID and the new sensorID and it changes the VPP's to suit.
I believe there are issues with VisionTech and WorkVisual version greater than 4.0.21.
Please try uninstalling your current version and installing 4.0.21.
Can the IP Address of the the of the external PC be used by the KRC as the NTP Server?
do you have the link to see the kit??
thanks
No link sorry. Email KUKA and they will be able to send you the relevant information.
The KR C4 has an operating temperature of +5°C to 45°C.
There is a heater kit that can be retro fitted to help in lower temperatures (Article Number: 00-275-556)
The Mouse can be removed from the side bar and jogging options completely by commenting out the KcpMouse DeviceConfiguration section completely in the file C:\KRC\USER\SmartHMI.User.config

You shouldn't need to reboot.
The Result the AttributeAssembler is looking for is a Result of finding the object in question (i.e. the Succeeded,X,Y etc.).
You were simply going straight for the DataMatrix which does not produce a Result.
I have modified the VisionTech Sample for you, not sure what you want to output, but this one gets the Result (position, string etc.).
Updated: Results in Toolblock.
I mean upload the toolblock and a code sample image to the forum, so i can open it in workvisual.
Could you attach the toolblock and an image?
issue is with scope. move ENUM declarations to config.dat
yep, or .dat of the module itself

I have once again arrived at the same point. Please see screenshots below.
- So as before, my initial error is to do with drives, looking at the log there is a lack (and the wrong robot!) of configuration files in officelite's default state.
- I don't have enough knowledge to set it up in workvisual from scratch and when I try I am always left with errors or with no errors but the sim-pro robot doesn't move.
- I copied over the real controller project (which includes options ethernetKRL and Profinet because if I don't install them I get driver errors.)
- So after all of that I am left with an identical officelite to my real controller which works in workvisual. The one big issue is the robot doesn't move in sim-pro so I can't simulate my cell. The error is "lack of MAC address in KLI" (see attachment). I have tried to deactivate KLI but I have been unsuccessful, perhaps you can help with this?
SkyeFire you have said in another thread that you have run EKI in officelite so from your experience what can I do about this KLI error? Please help, I'm losing my mind...It's incredible that KUKA UK only has one person who knows how to fix this.
The real controller and the VM OfficeLite PC will have different MAC addresses.
1. Change the IP Address of the Windows Interface (normally virtual5).
2. Cold start (reboot) with reload files.
3. Change the IP Address back to original.
4. Cold start (reboot) with reload files.
This should rewrite the KLIConfig.xml and clear the message.
Starting with a LIN move is annoying!
try adding PTP $AXIS_ACT ?
Hi All,
I have an OfficePC with KSS 8.2.27.
I am getting the message 'connection to real-time system lost'.
I have reinstalled KSS (once with the KRCRelease folder (8.2.17) and another with a copy of KSS i have (8.2.27)), the re-installations were done with Applications and Program Data unchecked.
I have checked ConfigXML.xml to ensure that the environment is set as 'Office'.
Any Ideas?
Thanks
Paul
Thanks for the replies.
I thought this would have to be the way i would have to go.
Cheers.
Hi,
We have two sets of 4 inputs, creating two 4 bit binary values that allows us to select a value of up to 9 on each dial. This is to give us the ability to have double figure values.
e.g. dial 1 set to 2 (0100) dial 2 set to 8 (0001). I wish to combine these values to give the value 28.
normally in config.dat i would use $IN[1] TO $IN[16] to give a decimal value from binary inputs. however because the each dial only goes up to 9, this is not possible.
I could probably do something in the SPS but this is for a tool ID and if the SPS is stopped it, the tool id may be incorrect.
Is there a way to achieve what i want?
Thanks!
KSS 8.3
Updated to show KSS version sorry.
