Hi
We recently had a KUKA KR16 mounted in our lab. The robot is mounted on a frame of I-beams that is mounted to the floor with 4 M8 bolts (one in each corner). The bolts form a square that is about 1x1m. The people who mounted it, says it's fine, but I don't really feel safe having the frame fixed to the floor with only 4 M8 bolts. What do you guys think?

Hi Robotics Man, you can use anchor bolts but before that put chemical resin in the hole drilled for anchor bolt. It is always recommended to follow the instructions in OEM manual.

I am doing health check for Hyundai robot(HH010L).
I have come across an error E0022- communication error between internal modules.
I have changed the main board , system board, CAN cable between main board and system board still the error remains. Please give your suggestions

I am using HS 165-02 with Hi5 controller (N00) for seat handling application.
I need to give digital inputs to Robot.
The controller has I/O card in it.
Please refer IO board.jpg
There are no physical wires from DI 22 ~ DI 32
but those signals are seen highlighted in Public input signal (TP screen).
Whether I will be able to used the ports DI 22 ~ DI 32?
If I can't use the mentioned DI ports then should I add another I/O board?
Where I am supposed to add new I/O board?

Hello Everyone
I am using MC 20 robot manipulator with FD controller.
My application: Handling
Gripper Type: Pneumatic (2 way)
I connected the gripper inputs with Terminal block
on the controller door.
I am able to clamp/un-clamp the gripper, when
I disconnect the embedded PLC.
If I run the embedded PLC, I am able to see the
output signals(activating/deactivating) on the monitor
but no response from the gripper.
Should I modify ladder diagram of the embedded PLC?
Is there any possibility to bypass clamp/unclamp signals from PLC?
what I am supposed to do in order to use the gripper in
