Ok, The real issue here was the KSD16 on axis 5 was malfunctioned not long after mastering, to prove this I had swapped KSD of axis 5 and 6, and as soon as I pressed the dead man switch the error message appeared but this time is "ackn. A6 without power".
It is all fine now.

I try to connect an omron camera type FQ2 with a KRC4 via the profinet interface, I added the GSD file of the camera to the project of the robot and I configured the I / O , for the camera I followed the configuration as indicated (attached pdf) .
The camera and krc4 are in the same address range (ip robot: 10.195.121.145, ip camera: 10.195.121.100).
My problem is that the krc4 does not detect the camera and I have the two error messages attached.

just we did an update for the new main board of the transteel 3500 .
When the robot want to do do the welding operation , I have the message attached !
Also I can not go out the welding wire from the button Arctech , and that's without any message !
The bekhoff module is KL6021 , serial communication and not digital I/O , so even if I activate the Output , there is no light in the device .

I have a KR16 robot , KRC4 , with transteel 3500 rob , communication interface Ethercat .
The main board of my fronuis transteel 3500 was damaged , so I replaced this board but the communication between the robot and the transteel failed ! I did the reset of Driver E/S of the robot , and always the same problem .
I can not order the transteel from the robot , and just I replaced the main board ,
I called fronuis and they said that it must work without any additional configuration .

All the message are about power and KPP problem .
Also , I have a red LED in the KPP ( as the attached picture ) .
What I have to do ? Is it a damage in the KPP ?
I cheked the mother board cable , then I did recovry .

What do you mean remove motor ? does it mean that you try the motor without the strap ? In this case there is no message and when you try with strap the message appear ?
If this is the case you have to use a belt tension tester
