no way to be virus affected since it was never connected to internet. My best guess is battery problem, it says it's 22V and I will have to replace them. Simply (my guess) it gave not enough (power) time to write and close "the hibernate" file.
This could also led the disk corruption.
First of all I'm going to replace the batteries.
I will let all know.
FDISK/MBR was done. no change.

KRC2 2000 series, KR210, KSS 5.2.19
after a disk failure, I have used a disk clone I had made before. Sadly, this one does not go into "hibernate" as it should.
First it shows "kernel_stack_inpage_error"
after this (power down) is says "delete" which is the option that goes to "cold" boot.
Looks like it is not able to hibernate correctly. Batteries a ok, the power off takes 2minutes 10 seconds.
Any idea?

Can anybody help me with BMW specific X11 – 64DD (and X12 – 24DD) – where are External E-Stop pins on these plugs? BMW service plug manual does not say about it. I have connected my External E-Stop to C8-C10 and C9-C11 which are „Safeguard” so it works only in Auto Mode (and probably in External). I need my E-stop to be working in all the modes.
I suspect connecting it to B4-B1 and B2-B6 (now they are short) could work.
Any ideas, friends?

I have bought 800mm high Kuka base (pedestal). Robot (KR210 2000) has holes for M24 bolts but the base have smaller, I thought M22 and I was almost buing M22 to mount my robot on it. But here's the problem: this is not standard M22 thread! Closer investigation shows it is more like trapezoid thread, but I have not found such bolts, especially trapezoid with that pitch.
Oh, by the way, the pitch is same like M22 pitch 2,5.
What are the bolts? Help please.
