You need to go into PMC configuration and clear all the lines., that was what i do.

You're going to need two procesors on PLC first one with standard other one for safety comms or change to a GuardLogic, then you'll need a two ethernet port on your robot same as PLC (standard and safe), configuration will be almost same but you can you can read about all safety signal on DCS documentation.

you have to check if you have process IO those are discrete IOs to conect directly to robot with reles (32 signals maybe), or you can see if you have the Ethernet adapter Option/Ethernet Scan option in order to communicate with ethernet IP thats really simple.

Do you have the option "Program Adjust"?
Menu>Utilities>Prog Adjust.Did you know how does it works?
I think that option could solve your problem buddy -
you may use program adjust too, thats the easiest way to do it.

what if you remove the AUTO/T1 key, so they cant move the robot manually.
I think thats a better option than lock the TP.

Do anyone knows a instruction in karel to concatenate to register?
Something like this:
R[10]=12345;
R[20]=6789;CONCATENATE: R[10]&R[20]=R[30];
R[30]=123456789;
(this is you just and example)hope you can help me.

Did you have installed the "VISCTRLS" (vision controls) on VM? if you dont have this installed you are not able to go into vision setup,
You'll need those files, if you have the software of your robot on USB or PCMCIA, plug to the robot then try to connect, your PC will get VISCTRLS from robot.
Hope it works.

yes I did that too, and i doesnt change, but if you see the picture attached you'll see on "Status" there is a "*"(asterik), it should change to offline, off, or on, but i dont know why that simbol its always there.

did you attached User model to the box?,
because you have to indicate relation between both objects.that colud be the problem.

I hava a problem with R30iB controller, i can assign UOP to Digital I/O, no matter which rack is selected it always appears like the picture attached.
