Hi friends, I need help in hooking up Lincoln 455M(10943) to Feeder 10R(K-1780-2). The welders i just received does not have regular 14/22 pin connection that goes to powerfeed. It only has 5 pin devicenet and ethernet connect(Picture attached). Can anyone please guide me how to hook these up to 10R?(Robot model is 100iB Rj3iB controller) Do I need special cable or adapter? I appreciate any help

I tried most of the solutions, since the arm is working fine with other controller, do i still need to replace pulse coder? i will try to switch amplifier tomorrow,

I checked all the connections, made sure the ground is properly connected, when i switch the controller with similar robot controller, the arm

Question
I have bought 5 used Lincoln 455 robotic power sources, when i opened the front plate, i see they are not having "Ethernet/Devicenet" and "Devicenet" interface modules(2 cards) but these were working in the shop i bought from(as per seller). Will i be able to use them with normal lincoln feeder 10R and able to wire feed? i am not sure if they are mandatory boards. I am planning to use them with 100i/rj3 robots

We received 3 units, i powered them up and check Menu-System but none of them showing DCS ... So it mean non have the option installed? or do you think i need to enable it from setting?
