I have connected to irc5 controller with RS online but there is no any user for login, in authenticate menu .
What can i do ?

Hi,
I have S-420F with R-H controller
When power up after initializing this error appear:4027 APC communication ERROR 0CF
It means all of APC communication lost , while i check the cable P1 and P2 connector.Please help me , where is my problem.

I have S4 IRB1400 when robot come up this error shows but when i press OK it will be solved and some times during work this error appear.tc8569.c 2038 tc8569_recalibrate error a fter 3 retries!

my friends,I have problem with KM4 contactor(break release) in abb 6400 s4 m94a
system come up as well without any error, but when i get the dead man switch motor on lamp will be ON and ready for jog in manual mode but the KM4 contactro doesn't work .
and robot do jog without break release as hardly and after some second we have error of over load.What is my problem . why this contactor doesn't do without any error on teach pendant.
I replace the DSQC 256A with new one but my problem has remained.Many thanks and best regards.

I make mechanism for external axis in RS version 5.06 but when i want to make a system include robot and my external aixs i have bellow error .No media or cfg file found . the system could not be created.
While when i add one of abb external axis ,it works as well.
How can i load media of cfg file for my external that make it by my self .Would you please help what can i do ?

current: 2400/10 M2000 floorRestore anyway ?
Is it problem for? i have some error when i move axis 4,5,6 i want to know is it cause or no /

Dear My friends.
I have problem with s3 system with floppy driver.
We use floppy driver usb for s4c system and it is work properly but when I want to use it for S3 system I have error, that it means the system don’t know floppy.
Error 508 7
Is there any different for usb floppy diver for s3 model and s4c model?
While I use it SFD software for convert my flash to floppy with 720 k but the s3 system doesn’t known it .Many thanks and best regards.

I need convert position in abb robot s4c+ like as below.
for example:
p1:=[[-387.62,459.53,695.27],[0.157065,-0.817727,0.499981,0.238061]
p1:=[[x,y,z],[q1,q2,q3,q4]
convert to :
p1:[[x,,y,z],[rx,ry,rz]] instead of [q1,q2,q3,q4]
And have all points in one format like : p1:=[[-387.62,459.53,695.27],[174.477,32.0,170.26]Many thanks.

I execute some project with IRC5 and cognex insight camera throw the Ethernet port with socket massaging
I think you can use from socket massaging for communicate with any camera.
I am using halcon software with this way for irc5 -

I make the boot diskette by robinstall but when i insert the diskette one after read it this error appear: wrong diskette
Would you please send the any complete boot diskette for this kind of robot, it is not important use from my back up

I just have one krc1 and kuka robot I am not sure about RDC board I couldn't change it with other one .
