Hello aishpd,
You can get data from the registers to the PC using the solutions mention above (Kepware OPC Server).
Hello,
Unfortunately I cannot speak russian. But I will add you on skype and help you if I can.
Hello Yurii,
You can create an HMI like interface using Microsoft Frontpage together with Fanuc controls (addons). You can make .htm files having labels, fields (store them in register, position register, etc.). You can add buttons coresponding to F1 to F5 . You can add .gif images and so on. It will be almost like a HMI (but no so quite "dynamic"). After creating .htm files you can copy them to FR disk inside the robot.

Hi Robo1,
You can setup BGLOGIC from Menu -> Setup -> BGLOGIC where you can choose your BGLOGIC program.
To accomplish the logic you need:
IF (DI[1] AND !DI[2]),DO[1]=PULSE,0.5sec. Put this in a TP program and add it's name in setup menu.
I do not think that you can read these kind of values, but again maybe you can. Grab a copy of Kepware and try. Let me know if you can, because I want to implement something like this in the future.
BR,
Andrei

Hi Eric,
At first take a visit here: http://www.opcfoundation.org/D…1_whatis.asp?MID=AboutOPC to see what it's all about.
I used Kepware Server to see real time values. Make an account here https://my.kepware.com/mykepware/Login.aspx and download the latest software. At installing the software you will have a list with what drivers to install. The communication with the controller can be done by installing GE Fanuc (even if it's for the PLC). Please read Kepware documentation. The steps are:
1. Create new project in Kepware.
2. Add a device type (driver) - GeFanuc, Siemes S7 MPI etc..
3. Add device for that specific driver (in this case the controller - it's IP)
Read the documentation for GeFanuc on how to address specific values (as it differs from PLC to PLC). A year ago I managed to read values from R's and PR's. I'm almost sure that you can read state of DI/DO, but I'm not sure that you can change values for DO's.
If you get started with this and you have any specific questions, don't esitate to ask.
BR,
Andrei
iRVision is using ActiveX controls (this is why it's working only under Internet Explorer). This is the only supported browser (and I think only up to vers. 9). I am using iRVision setup page on Windows 7 64 bit and it's working ok.
Hello,
Your best bet are OPC drivers for GE Fanuc. (see, for example Kepware OPC server, any other that supports GE Fanuc it's ok)
You can connect to the controller using these drivers and get real time data about registers etc..
The values will be dynamic.
Hello,
Please check the internal cable of the robot especially if the robot it's working in a hursh environment.
We had this problem on an M10iA and the pulse coder cable for axis 2 was broken.
Hello,
You mean space function? When robot will enter/exit the configured space it will trigger a DO.
You can find that under Menu -> Setup -> Space Funct
Hello,
You can use GI to receive the speed value from the PLC, store it in a num type value and use it in your motion.
