Good morning
Dealing with a problem in Mate controller, where I/O link and Devicenet are installed in the same unit. The current I/O mapping is a little bit confused.
Must i have certain prerequisites for the I/O mapping, because when the I/O link in on the welding equipment (fronius machine with devicenet communication) in not able to send the weld start.

Having a bit of a problem, and i was hoping if anybody could help. In specific, fronius transpuls synergic is connected to Fanuc Arcmate 120ic robot.
When i increase the speed using the speed arrow in the teach pendant , the welding machine leds start blinking .
Could this be due to a harmonics distortion in the power supply ?
The cell used to work just fine a while ago .

Hello everybody
I could really use a piece of advise about shift touch up p positions.
I am using a fanuc arcmate ,and i wrote a small program containing p recorded positions. I started the program
in auto mode and after 10 days of continuous welding ,i find myself reteaching the p positions because they were all altered.
Could this be possible ? (there were no blackouts or any malfunctions in the system)
Is there any way for me to be sure that this will never happen again ? (maybe i can store the elements of p positions into PR's)
