    Dear Colleague!
In my configuration robot control all outputs and inputs via device net.
All my programs starts and ending with the reset sequence for all outputs, but when in some reason (examp. powerfail occours)
during operation some of these outputs remain in its high state.
My question is how to reset all these outputs?

    Thank You.

    Hello,
    thank You for reply.
Procedure that You have described it's known for me, but I can't make any changes because all the function tasters (File, Configure, etc.)
are inactive (I can't log on as expert).

    Thank You for reply.
I have swap the above mentionde cards. Robot booted normaly, and I get messages that robot not syncronized, robot name is different etc.
I think that is normaly, but I can't change anything-the function switches on the KCP isn't working. Controll LEDs on the RDC card
    are lit (green and red).
    Where I made mistake?
I think that I'm back all conectors are on the right place or I need to make some changes in settings?..

    Thank You,

    Dear Colleague,
we have some MIG welding project where needed the seam tracking.
In this application we use KRC1 robot.
I have searched the net for the corresponding laser equipment, but unfortunately I can't find
anything for KRC1-only for KRC2 or higher.
So, if You have any solution or suggestion it be welcome.

    Thank You,
    Tamás

On Your recommendation, with the WireShark I have tested the connection.
Setting the real IP addres and turn off the Firewall in Win7, finally I have connected to robot.

    Thank You for Your help.

    Tamás

In our application for the communication between the robot and the outer world we used the device net, so we asked the supplier for this possibilities.
As You as mentioned -on the back side of the KCP there is an Ethernet connection, and it was wired to MFC card.

Tomorrow, I will try the connection with Loop Back connector.

    Thank You again

    Thank You for Your time.

In Your earlier descriptions and suggestions about the "RTACC Shared Memory Network Driver " I don't modify anything.
In my case the major purpose of the LAN connection between the robot and PC is to be aviod to use the floppy disk for file transfer.
In my knowledge,(maybe I'm wrong) the connector on the MFC card is for the Ethernet connection.
I suppose that is for the LAN connection and not necessary to install anohther network card.
Dear Collegue, maybe I'm on wrong way to solve this problem, but this time I can't find any KUKA documents or description about networking the KRC1.
Any advice of Your's be welkome..
    Thank You

    1. I can't succesfully ping the remote computer
    2. TightVnc is working under Win95

You sad, that SMC port is the owning of the VxWorks not by the Windows- sorry I'm wrong.

Do I have to install a LAN card?

Please, give me a advice how to make the connection between the robot and the remote computer.ou

    Thank You

    Hi,
I'm trying to connect to KR C1 via LAN cable.
    1. I have installed the network card SMCEtherEZ(8416)
    2. with network address 192.168.1.100 , subb net: 255.255.255.0
    3. create the workgroup
    4. installed the TightVNC server
    5. connect the crosscable in to the LAN port on MFC card labeled X804
When I try to connect with PC to the KR C1 I get a message :Connection Failed, so I can't connect to the robot.
(the same way I have made a connection between the PC and the KRC2 without problem)
On PC I have installed Win7 and I have set the same IP addres as on the robot.

    any suggestion be welcome..
    Thanks
