Which works ok here
Are you using Android? On another forum I use some users are having issues with that version.

The KRC is the controller cabinet and the KCP is the pendant, so yes a bit of difference!
The only way to really check your KCP is to plug it in to a KRC1.

What ever do you need a million?
Could you use a 2 or 3D array?

Multiply by x on the PLC end, then divide by x the KRC end.
100 is a good value for x

Which bus system?

Although the last option seems to be optional going on some of the forum posts....

Speaking to the Kuka guys in the UK & US they would like a list as well. Seems strange they stopped publishing a list with KSS 8.

Sometimes I wonder why I get paid for this job, or function as a human!
Went back to further commission this job today and I found the problem. When I created another .SUB program I picked a template...but forgot they have a LOOP/ENDLOOP in. It never switched programs as once it got in my additional SUB program it never returned to the SPS
Oh boy
It was one of the external estop which wasn't being made due to a dodgy connection.
I wish Kuka would get around to making a proper error list for KRC4
mmmm..should have searched the forum first!
Got some things to check....
OK, anyone have an idea what this error is?
It's a new robot/controller (KSS 8.2.18) and I got this error after booting for the first time, I also get KSS00404 Safety Stop, but I think this is due to the first error.
The Safety Configuration shows as OK and it's using X11 for the safety not any bus systems.
Also Orange Edit is good, and free

Or a way I've used in the past is to use the Recovery USB and copy one image to the other.

Don't use the inline form, just use KRL, then you can't touch them up.

$OV_PRO is the variable you need to modify
