nice but still it only tells that some program is running, not a specific one.True he would need to a variable maybe to his module but i liked the one line

I can offer a slightly more compact method of making a heartbeat, just for the heck of it:Code
Display More$TIMER[1] = -1000 $TIMER_STOP[1] = FALSE ; these lines go in the INI section of the SPS LOOP ; the built-in Loop section of the SPS ; add this to the User section of the SPS loop IF $TIMER_FLAG[1] THEN ; True whenever Timer>=0 $OUT[1] = NOT $OUT[1] ; invert signal state $TIMER[1] = -1000 ENDIF ENDLOOP
Or in 1 line in the sps
$out[100]= ($date.sec-($date.sec/2)*2==0) AND $PRO_ACT AND $EXT

Depends on cabinet if it has the extra wiring for the servos already installed. Most do
If you look at the cabinet can you see the extra cables tied back next to blanking plates...Top left side.
You will need
1 x servo
1 x motor
1 X E1 motor cable to go to the bottom of the controller
1 x E1 Motor power cable to go to the motor
1 X E1 data cable to go to the RDC -

No remove the white power plug from the top of the pc
Leave the controller powered up you will not lose mastering then
-
You could try pulling the pc power out that will be a cold start

Also you can only use the Kuka card not the Siemens one as the firmware is special on the Kuka card I believe
I might have a card going cheap if your interested it's new boxed -
Also the kuka USB Option is pants as it takes too long to setup the stick as U drive i normally dont use that function
-
As long as it KSS V5 + then usb will work
I have enabled USB on none ED05 systems that have had software upgrade to version KSS V5 +
With no issues
-
The option is definitely in the Bois to enable usb you just need to look properly
-
Power off plug in a keyboard and press F2 i think at boot to go in to the bios screen
under one of options it has the usb check that usb is enabled
-
If you plug the usb in does it show up in windows explorer ? if not then
your usb maybe turned off inside the bios settings . -
You can also wire robot outputs to robot inputs and get the robot to start itself
