you must contact yaskawa reprezentatitive. it seem that you must reinitialize the robot regarding model apllication external axis.
If you have a backup is much easy.
otherwise the yaskawa reprezenative can help you much easy.

I am located in europe and I am Yaskawa agent in my country. better to contact direct Motoman subsidiary in your area. From my experience you must recalibrate tehge power source and after that is starting the discussion regarding comunication with the robot. Hope this help

the problem is in your welding power source, check repaire or change it.

ce numesti tu TCP nu este TCP.. sunt coordonatele in timp real ale sculei si ale pozitiilor axelor.
TCP - Tool Control Point se foloseste la motoman pentru definirea sculei, a tool-lui, aste se face o data, existind posibilitatea alegerii acesteia in diverse moduri.
Ceea ce doresti tu se poate face prin plc-ul intern la fel ca si cum ai definit tu sau se pot vizualiza coorodonatele sculei prin simpla apasare a unei taste definite clar pe pendant.
dar coordonatele sculei nu se schimba. ma refer la cele dimensionale - la asta se refera TCP - asa ca nu inteleg de ce doresti sa apara aceeasi cifra in timpul procesului....?
ceva nu este clar aici.
si ce anume are de a face modul de programare Motoman cu Modul de programare Kawaski?
sunt alte limbaje de programare..la fel ca basic si pascal....seamana dar nu rasare....
defineste clar ce vrei dar nu incerca sa le amesteci.... nu sunt aceleasi

depinde de tipul de controler utilizat. se poate crea un ecran virtual in care sa afisezi aceste coordonate.

the tachometer is to read te wire feder.
We have such equipment and do such calibration but we need to know where are you located.

da, m-am uitat. si tocmai de aceea am rasăpuns asa. e vorba despre sistemul de operare kawaski si cel mai in masura este sa iti raspunda cel care se proclama dealear Kawasaki in Romania. In mod normal el poate sa iti lamureasca astfel de probleme, asa cum eu pot sa ofer solutii pt Motoman si altii.

tray a new calidration of robot and after that a new tcp. after that you can consider a call on Motoman representative.

contact your motoman distributor. normally you will replace the servomotor with encoder.. after that you must recalibrate the system.

contact Motoman to renew your dongle from paralel to usb port. this is the procedure.
