thanks for the help, i have finaly been able to connect a monitor and with other user put the kuka in expert mode and send the previous prograng and finali solved my problem.

i just created a new project and sent, i have not made any changes to the project

I can see the programs that are in the robor, but i cant run them

and if i try to send the program the other way is shows krl ethernet error

Hello , I'm currently working on a KUKA KR30 2100 and CR4 controller , and I'm having some problems. I created a program with WorkVisual and sent it to the controller , but then the controller restarted, and since then, I can't connect to the robot. The smart pad shows a "Waiting for cyclic connection" error and "Emergency stop inoperative," and I can't do anything .

The RDP setting doesn't show anything. When I try to send another program, it shows an error because I have to be in expert mode, but I can't access that since I can't do anything on the smart pad.
