Today i checked every connector and tried two another pendants.

Ok, from begining, Around 14 days ago i bought and made a backup of system because the board dsqc328 was missing. After backup, robot normaly started few times(4-5days) and working normal, without errors. Later i bought dsqc328board and connected it to machine. Bord is on address #10. Since then machine didn't boot with or without 328 board.

For now i was:

Disconnect every hardware except Robot computer, main computer, memory board and teach pendant. Same error (stuck on same place.)

Finaly made it to connect to computers and disconnect all listed non-essential hardware.

Hello.

There is only MS led green, NS and EN are off. I tried 3 different pendants, all the same.

In dsqc328 both leds MS nad NS are green.

I have problem with my Abb irb 2400 robot with M97A controller and S4 pendant.

After power up it stuck at boot=iocbase-vr001-060112-1052. It tries to boot two times. Red lights turns off on computer.

How can i check if this is HW or SW problem?
