  • HMI closing ROBOGUIDE suddenly

    Hello, good morning (at least for me)

    Recently I got contact with a more experienced guy with roboguide, and I told him about this question, and it looks like whenever you edit a register or anything when its being used or read at the moment (For me was to edit it when its add doing the addiction) the ROBOGUIDE just do a bug, so this is one of the reasons about the crash

    Now the moments I was nothing running the cell, I still have no idea, neither does he.

    Also about the others replies, I re-installed DLLs and sometimes still happened the crash , and about the version I'm using, it's the "V9.30 - R-30IB Plus, 9.3044.04.01", and I could find the stm files. :icon_frown:

    Its impossible to narrow down what is wrong without having access to your computer but I would start with the fixing any problems in the registry and then repairing the s/w programs.

    Hello, thank you for the suggestion, as soon as possible I will try to do it, I'm not that experienced with that things, so if you know any video or something to me don't do something wrong i would appreciate it.

    So about the controller version i don't remember right now, but it's one of that you said, (R30iA or R30iB), the RG version is the V9.30.

    And now about the stm file I can't dot it right now because I'm not in my workplace, so I don't have access to the computer that has the files, also as I said I'm new to all this thing so i don't have idea where the files are, but I will try to find it.


    Now just to explain what I did was 2 situations:

    1 - the cell was running with a program that was to do a R[1]+R[2](the two EditBox on the image) and then every 2 seg it appears in the right label, and when i edited the value of one of the EditBox, the ROBOGUIDE just close (~1/3 of the time i did it)

    2 - The cell this time wasn't running, and i edited the left EditBox, and the value would appear in the above label, when I have done that the ROBOGUIDE just closed again, but a lot fewer times than the first situation.


    Also thank you guys a lot for the help, i will try my best to get more information about that everytime i can and do.:toothy9:

    Hello everyone,

    I'm new to the area of robots, and ultimately I'm creating and testing some HMI utilities, on a R-1000IA/80F, I'm using the "Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007"to do the HMI, so I can track and edit some things of the robot while a process occurs,

    But sometimes when using my HMI, while the cell is already started, it results in the ROBOGUIDE just closing without any error, principally when i edit something in the EditBox, and I don't have idea why this is happening. The program I was running is simple, it's just some equations to change the registers (Like R[2]+R[1]=R[3]).

    Also, when this error occurs, the current save of the cell in ROBOGUIDE gets a bit corrupted, and I lose some things i previously made,

    If someone has the solution to this or knows why this happens, I will be extremely grateful.

  • What is the NUT 000 in the Fanuc ROBOGUIDE software?

    Hello guys,

    I'm really new to robot programming in general, so I'm using ROBOGUIDE to learn some basic things first, and upon using some movements points, I realized that you can change some configuration inside the point (Like de XYZ position).

    But inside that “configuration” there is something called NUT 000, and I don't have idea of how to use or what is it does.

    If someone could help me of how to use it, I appreciate the help :top:
    (Also I'm trying to put an image together, but for some reason I can't)
