From your screenshot it appears you are using the same physical port for a different kind of connection which is not being closed down correctly before trying to connect via KRTerm.
You will need to investigate this and resolve it as that is where the issue could be with.

Connect to a different physical port and see what happens.

What is the actual problem encountered, you have not stated any problem, just occurrence.
Please provide full controller file save using attachment and making file extension .txt.

Unable to upload local images

When I use KRterm connecting E-series Controller by user as , the console output is Connection Closed by AS System. May I ask what the reason is? And how should I solve it? thank you.

I also received the same return value when using telnet connection on PC. Most robots have this situation about 20,Normal login only 3.

Restarting the controller is necessary to solve this problem.

KRTerm version is 1.2.8

Connection method is Ethernet
