    Hello,

After replacing PM machine works good

    Yes all alams gone.

    The Pm is KPS-600 ESC

Thanks for the response. My (V)KRC2 robot is also wearing a bunch of errors (1223 : 1228 : 1229 : 1245 : 2962 from A1 to E1). and I am ordering a KPS 600 Power Supply to replace it. hope it will work fine.

Hi Panic Mode. Can you help me see the status of KPS-600 and MCF3 Card in the image below? Is it faulty and what is the main cause of errors (1223, 1228, 1229, 1245 and 1262)?. I see some posts fix the error by replacing the KPS-600 Power Module, and some posts have to replace the DSE IBS C33 circuit. (mine is using DSE IBS C32). Thank you very much.

    Current status:
    - There are 6 lights on the KPS600 Module. 2 lights on the top and 4 lights on the bottom row.
    - The blue LED on the top sometimes lights up continuously, sometimes it flashes, usually when it just starts up.
    - The row of 4 LED lights below: (2 Red LED lights on the left and 2 Blue LED lights on the right). The 2 Red lights flash quickly but are very dim.
    - The Blue LED on the top does not light up, whether in automatic or manual mode. The Blue LED below only lights up when the Moving axes are in manual mode. automatic mode does not light up,
    - The 2 lights on the MCF3 card do not light up.

So, now we found the problem. It was Power module. POwer module which service brought to us was not new, but used, Now we put on it new one and robot working normally.

    Thanks and regards, Gasper

Hello. Sorry for asking the question of the topic quite long. Can you tell me if your errors have been fixed due to the error of the Power Module. Is the Power Module you replaced the KPS-600 type? Thank you.

I will install an additional Voltage Stabilizer like this to stabilize the voltage supplied to the Robot.

    Thanks Panic Model.
My main input already has a front fuse and a 200A MCCB like this. I installed a 100A MCB to power the robot.

i know what it is, and it functions as a fuse so the terminology doesn't matter. The fact is that it should not trigger. having a 100A circuit breaker for a KRC is ridiculous. furthermore it is a fire hazard.

I have the exact same KRC with a KR210 and its circuit breaker is 32A. I have never had any problems with that.

Thank you very much for your help. Can you tell me if the 22kw power supply is enough for the robot to operate stably?
Can you answer me more about the errors I mentioned above, how did you solve them? I see you have encountered it before, right? Thank you very much.

Hi everyone, I tried to run the Robot KR210 - (V)KRC2ed05 (VW), in automatic mode but it can not run. Below are some of the most recent error messages. Anyone who has successfully solved this problem can help me?
    - My 3 Phase power source is: Pmax: 25Kw, P Average: 12.5Kw.
    Thank you very much.

I don't mean a blown fuse, this is a MCCB (Modular Circuit Breaker). it automatically tripped when I shut down the machine in Cold mode. when I raised it to 100A it didn't happen anymore.

I use this type. At first it was 63A, it jumped every time I turned off the machine in Cold Start mode, then I changed to 100A type like this.

I originally left the fuse at 63A, it tripped every time I asked it to shut down in cold mode. then I changed the fuse to 100A. it stopped tripping. however still can't run at high speed. sometimes it still runs but that's not peak hours.

I have not changed the KPS-600 power source for the Robot. I noticed that sometimes it still runs automatically at very low speed. That is during non-peak hours of the day.

I use 3-phase 380v power source for business purposes with a maximum power supply of only 22KW, average is 12.5Kw.

I saw someone talking about DSE IBS C33, while my Robot (V)KRC2 is using DSE IBS C32.

Is the problem due to the power supply to the Robot being too weak.
and need to request an upgrade power supply and need to replace the DSE IBS C32 with a DSE IBS C33?

(The DSE IBS C32 was available when I received it)
I look forward to receiving your help.

And it reported less errors when switching to run in automatic mode
Here is the error Image. can you help me?
    Thank you very much.

so use it and finish the wiring...

you are missing jumpers 2-9 and 21-28

Jumper 2-9 and 21-28 have been connected to the Jack on X22.
