You mentioned that the total runtime on the robot was 7000 hours. How many hours since the last PM? How old is the oil in that reducer?
The oil is 4 years old. It hasn't been changed in all that time. Today I opened the cap, drained a couple of drops, it looks to be in good condition. I think 7000 hours is not the limit for oil.
you may also want to check the "brake" cable. It may have developed a short from the operation.
How do I get to the "brake" cable? Is it inside the fourth axle? What do I need to open for this?

We have had the robot FANUC M-10ID for 2 years, running time: 7000 hours.
The last few days there has been a problem. When moving for the first time after parking, the robot goes into the error "SRVO -050 Collision Detect alarm (G: 1 A: 5)". After resetting the error, it starts and works all day without problems. Today I started it manually after stopping for 3 hours. I moved the first three axes - everything is fine. When I started moving the fourth axis, the robot stopped again with the same error "SRVO -050 Collision Detect alarm (G: 1 A: 5)". Naturally there was no collision. The tool on the robot weighs 4 kg.
What could be the cause of this error in my case? How to diagnose the malfunction? Is it possible that the error is related to the settings? I will add a photo of the settings of the disturbance torque.
