Skooter The backup is what saved my ass. I restored the I/O configuration to the backup's and the problem was gone.
I called Fanuc and they told me exactly what you just said. The whole OS is custom, I'd need a new image.
I cant get it to run in auto because the DCS keeps throwing an open fence. But the fence inputs are jumped. Oh well
Hi folks, we got a fanuc bot with a R30iA controller through auction from GM.
I was trying to get the controller back in to remote mode to try running my program automatically.
I tried setting the UOP mapping to none and production start to other. After this, things started backsliding for me reaaaal good.
Now Im getting a SPOT-474: 24V SHORT ON CONTACT CLOSURE alarm.
But the alarm prefix is for the spot controller, why? We're setup for material handling, there's NO welding equipment hooked up.
