I have an issue when I press the shift buttom, my robot shows me Overtravel error and I need to go to variables and select $MCR adn where is Overtravel release I swap from False to True,

Does anyone know about how to fix this issue?

I changed my cable encoder I dont know if that was the reason I got that.

Another thing is that you need reset button to profisafe if is a reintegration

I´ve already set up a profibus slave on my fanuc robot, It works well but sometimes when I´m running a new program an alarm shows up and it says ¨PROF 012 slave no existent (12)¨. I have a slave in the Adress 12 which is Pneumatics valve module.

Does anyone know about this? sometimes is tedious for me and my coworkers to reset suddenly.

Hello everyone,

Today when I checked my robot was in fault, I checked and was cause never could get home position. At figured it out that I don´t have anymore the GET_HOME program (someone deleted it), and when I ran the Home Position program, it called GET_HOME a message appeared that we don´t have this program. Could it be possible to restored it?, I don´t want to back up cause I modified a bunch of stuff since the last one it had GET_HOME. How could I extract from a backup in roboguide and put it again.

Hello everyone I have issued with the communication between my Fanuc robot R-30iB and profisafe, I've already setup my profinet communication and it's done, but with profisafe I don't have anything.

I've checked my F-adress and is the same as the PLC (F adreess add). My bytes are the same 4 and 4. Maybe is something about my config in the hexadecimal cause this robot was working with the same PLC and nothing changed. Is a refurbished but should be the same only changed specific details.

My hardware is CP1616 card.

I´m using 20 ref pos but I can only activate 10 at once, so can I modify how many ref pos I could have at the same time,

my controller is R30jB and my softare robot is 8.10, I have an older software robot in another robot and it has 30 ref pos but I can activate only on that just 10.

I´ve backup a robot before I created DCS and some Frames in roboguide but I didn´t know how to load from Roboguide to the Robot, after a while I figured it out but while I was figuring out , I used INIT start from the cycle power F1 + F5, Then something in the robot started loading. I didn´t realize until I wanted to check some logic from the robot that I didn´t have a PC program. So I wanted to restore from my first backup which has the PC program (if i create a new cell in RG with that backup I can see the PC program there) I restored with an IMG and AOA but neither them Load that PC program. Can I use another way or maybe I´m doing something wrong with the backups.
